Tried this outlet for the first time & have been happy with the service & bagels. I specially liked the shmear creamy spread on cheese bagel. I also got Garden Avocado bagel which was hell yeah amazing! Though no seating is provided at this place but it is spacious.

Walked in to get breakfast, and was greeted with a scowling worker. Didn’t say anything to me, and walked away. There was no tables or seating in this place either. We soon figured out the cash register wasn’t even on and we would have to order online. Not once did the worker say anything to us, we only received cold looks almost demanding we left. Worst experience. Will not be returning. As we were leaving…she was taking orders. Laziest workers ever.

We got there right as they opened on a Saturday. Clearly this caught them off guard, but the coffee and foods great as expected. My son had an apply-Cinnamon Bagel with cream cheese to help fuel up for a tournament. They have not returned to allow dine in eating, so we had to get back on the road to eat.

I use to go to this location all the time, but I stopped. The quality of the food was going so down hill. Over the last few weeks I’ve given them another chance and now even worse. The bacon was like rubber, almost impossible to chew. The bagel was the same. It was so nuked you could no longer taste the flavor of the bagel. I use to stop at your place at least 4 days a week. The associates new me by name at one point, now anyone barley speaks. Sorry but I won’t waste my money again. Only matter of time before they shut this location down.

What a sorry excuse of an Einstein Bros Bagel store this is. After visiting many a location in Florida on vacation I came in today with my husband and ordered a lox bagel. It took over 20 minutes to make, the bagel was toasted as instructed and there is absolutely no where to sit. I figured out the reason – so that you unsuspectingly drive all the way home to find out the bagel is inedible and you threw 10 dollars down the drain.

The bagel I received was soggy and smelled off. The avocado was crunchy and tasted old and dried out. I am not sure if this meal met food safety standards. I am immunocompromised so time will tell if I end up in the hospital. Not sure what was in it (I have ordered this in the past years ago and was fine) but this time my lip started swelling and burning and tongue stinging. I wonder if there are chemicals being released from the oven.

I walked in the door at 1:50 pm. Sign on door says open. Hours posted said open until 2. The girl at the counter saw me come in, ran to the back. After 30 seconds or so she came back and told me manager said that they’re closed. No apology. No explanation. Just refused to serve.

First off, how? Second, why would someone still serve this after it was clearly on fire at some point. Both bagels I ordered were like this and covered in flakes of burnt aluminum. Also very over priced for gas station quality bagels that are a week old. Just gross.
