If I could leave a negative star I would. This is the most disgusting thing I have ever had from this location. I’ve been here before and never had this issue. I literally just ordered from door dash I received my food and I opened the SEALED bag with a live ROACH! In my food, it gets worse from here the cream cheese was also warm! My husbands coffee had black specs floating in it! This location needs to shut down I will be calling Henrico health inspector to have this place looked into.

Always in search of a great bagel, I recently stopped in Einstein Bagels store in Libbie Place Shopping Center on Broad Street. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety. They had the usual choices but also had a unique mix of jalapeño and cheddar, 5 cheese, pretzel, chocolate chip, honey wheat, harvest grain and others. They’re the best. Not just for breakfast–they have savory sandwiches for lunch too. Best of all, I thoroughly appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. They were chatty, eager to offer suggestions. Great experience!

First of all, I love Einstein bagels! their bagels are always hot fresh and delicious. This was the first time I had been to this particular location. Very clean and updated atmosphere. The employees are very friendly, courteous, kind and speedy! I got the asiago with cream cheese today. Absolutely delicious to say the least. It definitely hit the spot! I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone who loves bagels

I picked up my order to go and it tasted great it was just very greasy. I would definitely come back and I would definitely recommend them. It’s not a morning breakfast that I could eat often because of the grease, but it’s a good change of pace and variety from the norm.
