I love this Einstein’s. When I come in I am greeted by name, always by friendly faces. The bagels are always fresh. The cold brew coffee is my favorite. I hope that you all know this store has improved so much within the last year and a half. The people are nicer. The store is cleaner. The food and atmosphere is so much better.

A carelessly thrown together bagel sandwich with rotten lettuce, dry red onion and pasty tomato slices. No tables available to sit at except for outside in the wind and cold. There’s a sign at the register begging for a 5 star review. This is a classic example of a corporate entity just NOT managing their store. The employees were sweet and attentive, and most likely underpaid. Please, just close this store. RIP Einstein Bros. Bagels.

I picked up my order to go and it tasted great it was just very greasy. I would definitely come back and I would definitely recommend them. It’s not a morning breakfast that I could eat often because of the grease, but it’s a good change of pace and variety from the norm.

I must have acquired a new superpower or a phenomenon of being invisible happens in this shop. Just stood at the counter, while 3 employees milled about. 2 of them were working, but the 3rd was obviously ignoring me. I can take the hint, but that was genuinely a weird vibe. Not sure if there was something going on between the employees or an incident with a previous customer, but it felt like burnt out employees who just ran out of ***** to give.

Decent bagels, but not worth dealing with the rude staff. They scoffed at my partner when she needed to use the bathroom and were generally rude and didn’t know how to handle a crowd. You cannot treat your clientele like that.

First of all, I love Einstein bagels! their bagels are always hot fresh and delicious. This was the first time I had been to this particular location. Very clean and updated atmosphere. The employees are very friendly, courteous, kind and speedy! I got the asiago with cream cheese today. Absolutely delicious to say the least. It definitely hit the spot! I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone who loves bagels
