Haven’t been to an Einstein in ages and had time this morning. Downloaded the app, putting in an order was a breeze, food and drink were ready very quick. Brisket Bagel Sandwich and Chocolate Cold Brew was a fantastic start to an early weekend. Staff was incredibly friendly and seemed to be very efficient at handling the orders coming in. Thankfully the weather was gorgeous so eating outside was nice. Not sure if they’ll open indoor dining soon but that seems to still be closed.

Everytime I go here, they always mess up my order. I ask for an Asiago bagel, I get a plain one. If I ask for almond milk, I see them use whole. Their hot breakfast sandwiches come out with cold cheese. Einstein is always hit or miss for me.

Updated 3/25- this location is improving but still not consistent. There’s a new GM who is trying to right the ship. Service is pretty fast, and our most recent brunch order was correct. The bagels were fine, but the sandwiches and hash brown things were only ok, something about them wasn’t quite right (not heated enough?). I picked up a soon as order was ready so I don’t think it was cooling. Overall, the building still seems rundown inside and out, even the sign out front wobbles in the wind. Corporate should invest more too keep up with other options in the area.

We did a mobile order. Went to pick up the order they didn’t have a bagel I ordered. Nobody thought of informing me that the bagel I ordered was out of stock. Went back to my car to give my mother her bagel and come to find out it’s not in there I go back and they say “ yea we are out that’s why we put another bagel there” so what happened to customer service ?! You are suppose to inform and get the customer’s preference when stuff like this happens. Not just put any bagel YOU as a worker like. We drove from Alexandria to come here. Bagels are so good but customer service is pathetic

This guys are cheater. Make sure they charge correctly. $26.99 for six bagels charged and did not refund money even though we show a wrong charges. Manager except their mistake but just apologies and return only $3 and some cents. I am going to file dispute on my credit card. Be careful before going Einstein Bros. Bagels at GMU, VA and see your charges before you use your credit card. Ask for receipt otherwise they will not give it to you and if you go on second day they will say their system does not have capability to print one day old receipt, Scam!

If I hadn’t already driven away I would’ve returned this turkey sandwich. The first thing I noticed was the turkey looked suspicious; upon further inspection I smelled it and it made me gag. Also I paid extra for avocado and the photo shown is the extent of the avocado I received a 1/4 tsp. Last, the sandwich was to include onion and there was no onion in sight.
