Wow what is up with this place, looks like they really want to close their doors. No tables and chairs in the dining room, dirtier than your local McDonald’s. I got the brisket and egg sandwich with a jalapenos on top. Only comes with a standard 2 oz of brisket your average Burger is a 4 oz Patty and the local Mission BBQ for the same price of dollars puts 6 oz on your sandwich. Cashier was decent but the other lady was not welcoming at all.

Very disappointed. I ordered the Texas brisket and a chocolate cold brew online. Online said 15 minutes. So I arrived about 20 minutes. The order wasn’t ready. I waited another 15 minutes. Got home and couldn’t find the brisket. The sandwich went in the trash. What a waste of money. I give two stars because the staff was friendly.

We really liked the first time we went. The second time the meat was cold and was clumped up to one side of the bagel and the sandwich looked like they put a bomb in the bagel. They remade the sandwich and we paid for 2 eggs got only one egg. I said f it and said we won’t come here again and they can keep the egg.

Have gone there hand full time 1st time the service was great and I was very impressed bagels were fresh cream cheese was enough on the bagel the drink was really good. Since then there has always been an issue bagels burned, not enough cream cheese inside. Bagels with toppings not really there nothing has been the same including drinks. Being told to get the bagel separate and tub of cream cheese separate since it’s cheaper and workers not willing to make bagels for the party waiting in the ride lol. Need to find another branch had enough.

The workers here are just awful. Specifically, one lady. I walk in an hour before close and the floor is sopping wet. She yells at me “FLOORS WET” and then just continues to stare at me with a smug look. There is also a mop bucket on the counter with dirty water next to the coffee. Mind you, this is an hour before close. I was very polite while ordering, made no mistakes, and even put a tip on the order (which I would’ve taken back if I could). While she was making my bagels, I used the restroom which was also sopping wet with no toilet paper. I had to transfer to the other stall to find a small bit of toilet paper. As I leave the bathroom I come to find the lady making my sandwich staring at me from around the corner with the nastiest look on her face instead of just making my sandwich. This job is not as hard as these people make it out to be. They’re completely terrible and miserable people. I wish I would’ve got her name, but so was honestly afraid of her. After turning around when I came back from the bathroom, she’s walking back to my sandwich shaking her head back and forth. Then, once she finished she THROWS the bag at me and I still say thank you. She walks away and says nothing. Then, I’m sitting there washing my hands with sanitizer and she cannot stop staring at me with that awful face. This lady has a terrifying attitude and deserves everything that comes to her. She should not be working at this store any longer. If she continues to, you’re 100% gonna lose customers. You’ve already lost me and according to these reviews, you’ve lost plenty of others. I love Einstein Bagels and am extremely disappointed I can never go back to this location. Awful, awful people.

This is for the gig workers never accept a large or catering order from these tip stealing clowns. I’ve done 3 separate catering orders and no tip on any of them. I’ve even delivered from different stores to some of the same customers and the tips were excellent. I don’t understand why steal tips that aren’t meant for you?

Service is quick and staff is generally friendly. They’ve taken out all of the indoor seating so it’s currently take out/food delivery only, with a few tables outside. Bagels themselves are okay but product is hit or miss, one day there is plenty of cream cheese and the next barely enough to cover a bagel. Make sure you ask if you want it toasted, they don’t always ask.

Aside from there being no seating, I really do like the food quality, but I can look past the seating I’m very big on customer service and not that hard to please. I really just don’t understand how someone comes to work and take their frustration out on customers for no reason at all. The black young lady behind the counter with the dread locks have a very very very very bad attitude not sure if this was a one off or she is just nasty. I’m sure management is aware of this because I have read the reviews and the fact that she is still employed shows me they don’t care about their customers, so for that reason I won’t be returning.
