This is a very nice bagel shop that offers fresh bagels made daily as well as bagel sandwiches which are tasty! The staff were very helpful. You can place orders through their app so, your order will be ready when you arrive. Also, they have a nice rewards program where you earn points which you can use to get free food . Lastly, I believe they have a drive thru window making it even easier to pick up an order placed through their app.

I ordered 3 bagels and a 8 dollar combo called the breakfast & brew. I requested an onion bagel with bacon cheese and no egg (I don’t eat eggs) I said “no egg right” Host P said yup I got it. When I got home to eat the sandwich I was egg and cheese.

Sad to say, this is my first and last time eating at this location. Walking in, the lady at the front taking orders was very welcoming and attentive. I spent $40 on 2 bagels, a coffee, an orange juice, 2 of the double-baked hash brown Bites, and the strawberry cream dessert. For the bagels, I got the NOVA lox with no capers. I received that bagel, and it came with capers….no big deal, I can take them off. Then I also got the Chorizo Sunrise Egg Sandwich. They forgot to put the chorizo on the sandwich, and it came with a plain bagel instead of the Green Chile Gourmet Bagel as described. There was only one other person in the establishment, so they were not busy. Very disappointed because I didn’t notice until I came home and opened the sandwiches. Will not be coming here again.

My everything bagel turkey club was delicious. I think the employees need to pay more attention to what the customer wants on the sandwich when taking orders. If I hadn’t watched the guy make my sandwich it would of had items on it that I didn’t request.

Third time visiting an Einstein Bagels. Second time being disappointed. First time at this location. The manager or whoever made sure I was charged extra for bacon-which only seemed like 1 “extra” piece, but didn’t ensure my order was correct. I ordered 3 items. One bagel, I said bacon and cheese only with extra bacon. I didn’t have cheese, and the bacon was barely there. They don’t use quality bacon, so I don’t understand why, if I am paying EXTRA, I didn’t get extra bacon. The order was repeated multiple times, and each time was repeated correctly. I wish every experience were like the first time. To not use quality ingredients, get orders wrong, and charge extra for microwaved bacon is mind-blowing.

I’ve been coming to this bagel shop for years and I know I can consistently get a tasty bagel and a delicious mocha latte. Today the service was so friendly and it reminded me that I really in here more often!

Went this morning 9/27 to pick up 6 bagels. Ordered 6 bagels 4 gourmet 2 regular toasted with butter. My initial total was 29. I quested that it went down to 26. The cashier overcharged me. Still 26 for 6 bagels was a lot. I asked the cashier would it be cheaper to ring me up for a half dozen bagels instead of ringing up individually. In the app those same 6 bagels are 12 dollars. So i spoke with the manager Amber, who did re ring me up, my new total was 15 dollars. However the store manager was very rude and seemed annoyed bc i wanted to know why the same 6 bagels are 12 dollars in the app and 26 in the store. Had i known they charge 1 dollar per bagel for butter i would have not gotten butter. ( i have butter at home). The manager informed me that the next time i could order in the app. However your cashiers job is to ring up customers and be knowledgable of products and services. And as a manager she should show patience and better customer service. Even though i enjoy Einsteins Bagel. I will NEVER patron this location. Its not worth and attitude or 10 dollar up charge for bread!

I echo the sentiments of the three most recent reviewers. I went there today while on my way biking. This location is quite a bit out of my way as I live in Harford county and the location in Bel Air closed. That location was a complete 180 degrees from this location. I came in and there was one other person in the store who had already ordered his food. There was a black lady with braids as another reviewer mentioned and a younger guy working preparing food. I stood there for over five minutes before the lady even acknowledged me. This was NOT because she was unaware I was there as she looked at me 3 times. Finally she came to the register and took my order. If it was busy I could understand but as I said ONE other person in there. And also is it too much to ask for her to acknowledge me and tell me she’d be right with me in a moment? I don’t think so. I give my order and she seems as though she was being terribly inconvenienced by me trying to purchase food. I am about to pay and it gives the option of a tip. At this point I shouldn’t have given anything but I give a dollar tip. I’m not sure why. I mean I tipped her for being rude I guess. Another lady comes in and orders something and she gets her food before me. And I know she may have just ordered something simpler than mine. After another 5-6 minutes the guy preparing the food brings me my food. I sit down and the brisket bagel looks as though there is no brisket on it. I take the top off to find about 4 stringy pieces of I assume brisket. The photo shows it coming off the side of the bagel. NOT what I got… $7.99 for this. It gets worse. I also order a twice baked hash brown. It’s COLD, not warm, not cool. COLD! By this point I’ve wasted enough time and became irritated enough I decide to just eat this “food” and go. I go to wash my hands before leaving and the rest room looks like what you would see at a concert or football game. FILTHY! Is it really so hard to have one of the people working check it once or twice a shift? I mean it’s not like it was busy or anything. I’m disgusted because the one by me in Harford county was the exact opposite. Clean, adequately staffed, the manager actually remembered you when you came in, asked how the food was and unlike this location they didn’t act as though you were inconveniencing them. I’d steer clear of this place if I were you. A shame because there really aren’t too many around. But if this is how the others are I’d be better off going ANYWHERE else. My order came to $14.49 for a brisket bagel that I had to look hard to find the brisket, a twice baked hash brown that was COLD no melting cheese like I had before. Bordering on frozen, and a cranberry juice. To their credit that was good, BUT it was prepackaged and they had nothing to do with making that. Also as a footnote seems kind of odd but the lady with the attitude put my name as customer AND the spot listing the host where her name should have been. Seems like she must get lots of complaints so she’s pro active about dodging them. I blacked out the name since it was MY name there not hers as it should have been.
