This Einstein Brothers location is special. The staff are super friendly and helpful. My order is always correct and ready when I walk in even though my typical time from order to pickup is 10-12 minutes. Sandwich customizations (in person…) ae painless and always met with a smile. I frequent other locations, none as friendly and efficient as these folks.

I really like this Einstein Bros. The bagels are always fresh and taste great. Everything comes out warm and made just right. The workers here are also super nice. Jadielane and Ashley are always friendly and helpful. They make the place feel welcoming, and they take good care of customers. Overall, good food and great service. I’ll definitely keep coming back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stopped to get bagel this morning and had one of my fave bagels. Regine made my bagel, and she was fantastic!! super friendly and really attentive. She was generous and it made my morning! It was warm and toasted right ❤️ Great service and great food. I’ll definitely be back.

I normally don’t write bad reviews however on this particular day Saturday 24,2026 was the last straw . While I was trying to order food at the register all I could hear was Lisa I believe is the General Manager there and a another employee arguing from what I can tell the young lady was trying to leave and the GM kept getting in her face yelling at her which is not a good look especially in front of customers. This is not the first time I have witness this lady do this to her staff . I have also witness an altercation with customers the other day where the customer was recording her behavior of her speaking harshly at them the whole time that not good for business either . She rude to customers she rude and not nice to her staff obviously from what I been noticing when I have came there on occasions I don’t know what her issues are but someone really needs to check her out and let her know that not how you conduct your self as a person in charge . I decided that I no longer will be coming back to this location Saturday was enough for me of seeing that behavior yet again and it’s not being fix . The lady is not nice at all she needs to do better or give the job to someone who actually wants to be there and treat customers right because the way she going about is not professional at all . The way she talks to customers I can imagine how she is with her staff when no one is looking or listening very unprofessional

This was my first time visiting here at this location and I must say I will return not only was the food good but the customer service was excellent especially from Dominique she was so kind and friendly very very helpful in answering my questions even gave me suggestions. Made me the best caramel cold brew shake . I must say she is a keeper never let her go very warm and welcoming

The blonde cashier with the blue highlights was really rude and offensive to my mother and I. My mother is hearing impaired and couldn’t hear the cashier when she said she’s restarting the system because the card machine didn’t work: she shouted, I DONT KNOW IM RESTARTING THE MACHINE. when I told her my mother was hard of hearing she said, “she keeps repeating herself over and over.” She was unprofessional and shouldn’t be working there. Who hurts an old lady’s feelings? It was a pretty terrible experience. And judging by the terrible reviews and the fact that the responses from the owner are all cookie cutter and ask that we fill out another form (aren’t these bad reviews enough for you to do something about your insulting employee? She’s driving away your business), I’m betting that nothing will change.

I love coming to this location. The nice lady at the registered name Dominique each visit I come in she has a warm welcoming smile always helpful and knowledgeable as well . She cares a lot an and it shows in how she carries herself with customers . As long as she is their I will always come back to visit as well the other staff is pleasant too never had a problem

They are really rude! This frantic-looking customer was talking on the phone (in front of the line) with her food on the table (right in front of the cash register) AND EATING. So, I’m patiently waiting for her to get off the phone, then I say “can I order from here?” to an employee. This employee kept telling me (multiple times) to jump in front of her to order. I’m like….what do you want me to do? Pick her up? Why can’t I order from behind her, if YOU won’t tell her to move out of the way?I thought the bad reviews here were just petty–they aren’t. I will not be back.

I’m again in mourning for the Brandywine Einsteins. The three stars were for the bagels, which were delicious as always. I’m taking away stars because the place was unorganized and a little messy. The coffee was empty. The sugar/non sugar packs were solidified. Lastly the staff seemed rushed and they were a bit rude. Overall, I’m happy to have Einstein Bros Bagels again. I just wished it was the same family experience it was at the Brandywine one
