Very weird atmosphere. They absolutely need a new set of workers. They all stand there with attitudes. You chose the job so do it correctly. There’s no reason the young Hispanic girl should be rolling her eyes as she’s taking an order. Get a better job if you don’t like this one. Then she forgot to make my coffee. I go to her and say I didn’t get my coffee she’s like no , you didn’t order one. The guy next to her made it right away because he saw it on the board. Do better.

Being in the transportation business with a significant client base in North Wilmington, Einstein Brothers Bagels is my go to place for morning coffee. l have tried and enjoyed several of the great bagel combinations, my favorite being the Bacon, Avocado & Tomato Egg White Sandwich. Great coffee by the way!
Whenever I have 30 minutes to sit and enjoy a cup, I pull out my laptop, and take care of business, while enjoying a great atmosphere with great background music.
The Marsh Road staff are professsional, hardworking and second to none. Service is fast, and with great employees like Gaby, and Anthony who always go the extra mile to greet everyone with a smile, to Christian who checks that all customers are ok, without intruding on the experience. I definitely rate them 5 stars hands down!

Bagels were good once we came back and got the rest of the bagels they forgot to give us. How hard is it to fulfill the whole order? Then to not even apologize is crazy. Then get home the second time and the spread was 2+ months expired! Save your time and health and go elsewhere next time

The General Manager Marty is excellent. He treated me like family and the other employee, Gabby was also very friendly and helped me pick out a delicious sandwich. I won’t go anyplace else for breakfast.

The workers here are definitely hustling it’s always busy but I never have to wait more than a few minutes when I pick up my bagel with the order ahead option. We love our Sunday ritual here!

Ordered everything bagel I asked for it to be darkly toasted did not happen also asked for bacon egg cheese the amount of bacon was totally unbelievably small wasn’t fully cooked. Will never return and make sure everyone is know not to patronize your establishment
