It should be a crime to even call this a muffin. This is in MINI Territory. I remember not long ago when these things were the size of a softball smh.

Long review alert: I walked in and was immediately greeted by the young man at the register. I responded and he directed me to where to place my order. I walked over to the other counter where another man was behind the counter. I smiled and said good morning. Blank stare… No smile, no greeting. Nothing. I stood there tryna decide if I was gonna speak again, when he looked past me cracked a smile and waved at a young lady who’d entered behind me. He then looks back at me and again, blank stare… I place my order: “Can I have the Sante Fe sandwich with no meat, please.” I specifically emphasized the “no meat” part since I don’t eat meat. Again, no response from him. He just turned around. I went to the register to pay and had to wait since the gentleman was making a coffee order. As I’m standing there waiting, I see sandwich dude kee-keeing it up with ole girl as he takes her order. SERIOUSLY?! So I finally pay and then he calls out my order. I say thank you and grab the bag (again, no words come from his mouth to me) only for there to be cream cheese on the bag (and now my hand). So I grab a napkin, wipe it off and leave. “Have a good day” from the gentleman at the register. Get to my office, open up my sandwich and what do I see (outside of cream cheese everywhere)? You guessed it… Sausage! :-/ SMH I didn’t have time to walk back, so I just pulled it off and ate my sandwich, which was pretty decent. I go to roll up the paper/sausage and there’s cream cheese all on my desk from the OUTSIDE of the parchment paper…. SMH Like, WTH is really going on here. There’s no way someone can be this careless with peoples food and take their job seriously. I’m giving two stars solely for the gentleman at the register, but I won’t return because of ole boy at the sandwich counter.

I ordered the Maplehouse sandwich and it was really delicious. The bagel really gave French toast and there was enough sweet without it being overbearing. The sausage and bacon helped with a savory and bit of salt. Egg wasn’t really a factor, but I’d ask for a soft yolk. I didn’t add the honey almond schmeer or cheddar cheese. I’d order it again Just an update: I ordered this with everything on it and it is even better!

Absolutely amazing location here! Fantastic and friendly customer service – the best!! They are kind and warm and remember who you are. Incredible brisket bagel sandwich too! Just a wonderful experience. Set me up for a great rest of my day. Thank you for being wonderful!

Took 3X to ring up my order correctly . $3.19 for an Iced Tea? And it wasn’t even full. Really the cheapest thing in the restaurant and you can’t even fill it to the top. (Not like I am going to add milk. )

I’ve been a regular here for years but lately the quality has dropped. The new guy taking orders is rude and he more often than not makes my order wrong. I can’t pay $8+ for a sandwich and have it be wrong. They really need to start taking names and write orders down. Today my bagel was burnt and had no everything seasoning. Usually its great here but not lately.

The bagels were so good (I cannot recommend the pizza bagel enough) and the staff is absolutely amazing and very friendly.
