This pub was hands down an amazing experience. The food was amazing I recommend the Buffalo sausage and the Elk jalapeño sausage. They have inside and outside seating. This is great for if you have a dog. When we arrived we also had a surprise. The pub shares the same building as an antique/ modern booth establishment. So while you waiting on your food you get to shop.

The smoked brat was delicious and so was the German potato salad. We loved the nice selection of German beers too.

Super friendly staff and the live music was really good. The bartender let me keep this cool looking Austrian wine bottle instead of throwing it out.

Perfect after a day on the slopes! I got a Kölsch that was smooth with just a tinge of fruity flavor just like the menu promised. Pairing this with sausages and a pretzel was pure bliss. They also had a few TVs that had March Madness playing along with outdoor seating. And you can’t forget the staff, the Friday crew went the extra mile to make our experience enjoyable and also recommended the Jalapeno elk sausage (yum). The vegetarian sausage wasn’t bad either.

Easily one of our favorite restaurants in Avon. We got the 4 sausage sample platter. The staff recommended which sausages to try and they nailed it. I was sceptical of the duck but was pleasantly surprised. It was delicious and probably my husband’s favorite. My favorite was either the buffalo or the elk. None of them had a ‘gamey’ flavor. Nor were they filled with an overwhelming amount of spice to mask any gamey flavor. You can tell they use quality meat that offers a nice clean flavor. We highly recommend giving Ein Prosit a try!

A rare 1 star rating. Watching a dog literally poop on the floor by my table as I eat a lukewarm sampler of sausage is one of the lowlights of any restaurant I have stepped foot into, ever.
I saved another customer from stepping in the liquidy dog poop before it was ‘cleaned up’ by wiping it with a brown non-absorbant paper towel.
In general, the place felt unkept and unsanitary. Then there was the cross-contamination nightmare of overflowing trash for table scraps that is directly beneath the condiments and drink.
My stomach reels just thinking about my ‘dinner experience.’

Incredible beer selection but average to ok food. Standard to exotic sausages, something for most carnivores. A smattering of veggie options but realistically this is a meat eaters joint. Fun and open decor with 2 patios for great outside seating. Nice place off the main drag in Avon.

A cozy German bar that serves good beer and has good food. Several German beers on tap and a wide variety of bottled beer. We also had the Bavarian pretzel, the Guiness sausage, the prosit Reuben and the wild boar sausage. With their selection of mustards, these were fantastic. The boar sausage had apricot and cranberry and was a bit sweet for me but my wife loved it. I could sit watch a soccer or football game, eat and drink for hours

This is a must try if you are around the area. The sausages were so good. I can’t eat most meat but I found the Wildboar sausage which was so good. There were a variety of sausages and sauces to select from. Great service and we hope to drop in again before we head back.
