When I visited, there wasn’t much of a selection of food to choose from. Maybe it was the transition from breakfast to lunch. I did have the french dip sandwich and an iced mocha. The sandwich was delicious, but the mocha tasted watered down.

Ooooh la la! THIS is the bakery to visit in Fredericksburg! Everything is beautiful and tastes just as amazing as you hope. The croissants are perfectly buttery, flakey, sweet, and just a dream. Breakfast wraps and coffee, pastries and lovely people. Enjoy the beautiful architecture inside and relaxing atmosphere outside. Eileen’s is everything I hoped for and then some! Update: we had our gender reveal party at Eileen’s and it was absolutely beautiful. The private room seats 24 and has a view of the garden. Eileen made delicious cupcakes, pasteurized and sandwiches for our guest and everyone was raving about the food and decor for days. Thank you Eileen. It was perfection.

Old church turned into coffee shop. Still smells like wood pews inside which I like. The coffee was fine, potato soufflé was tasty, and the cookies were ok esp the apricot thumbprint one. Not a huge fan of the Russian tea cookie in general. They seem to serve some lunch fare. No air conditioner inside or lack thereof so a little warm inside. Bathrooms in the back. Garden out back with tables.

Wow, great space for breakfast or lunch with a big assortment of baked goods. We had bear claws and pull apart apple cakes along with robust coffee. Each sitting area has acrylic shields for covid protection. Friendly cheerful staff! This was a church and all the character is left untouched. Just a few blocks from main street and street parking free and plentiful.

My new favorite place! Yum! Everything we’ve tried was tasty, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. As you can tell by my photo, it was damn good. My bf wanted me to me to include that they have a strong espresso. I will be back, tomorrow, literally.

Eileen’s has a wide selection of pastries to fit about anyone’s taste buds. We had a large family gathering and I made a breakfast casserole and added a bowl of fruit and pastries for all to share. Everyone was able to taste several since they are pretty big. It was a great way to try several pastries and was a big hit! Oh, and they were all good!

Eileen made my daughter’s two tier chocolate birthday cake- which was delicious, moist & just beautiful- as well with her cupcakes & cookies. She’s extremely helpful, honest, friendly, flexible & super creative! I highly recommend Eileen & we’ll be going to her for our future cake & desert needs!

Really enjoyed this place. It was a little slow but there was 1 dude busting tail to get orders complete and he was super nice. The burritos are pretty made so no excluding anything. I do not like onions raw and they all had green onion in them. The pastries looked great! Latte was yummy. Building was a little warm especially since I was drinking hot coffee. Cute church setting though. I’ll be back!
