Celebrated a friends birthday at Eighty Main. We had the most amazing time. The staff were prompt and pleasant. The owners engaged with our table which is always so welcoming. We learned about the idea behind the restaurant and how it came to be. The cocktails were fun and a great way to start the experience. Our appetizers and entrees absolutely delicious. A lot of variety and flavor. The octopus was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. The wine list provided a variety of options and the bottle we chose was perfectly paired with all 3 of our selections. The desserts! I have to say I think the most flavorful vanilla ice cream I’ve ever had. And of course, the espresso martini. Seriously, chefs kiss of espresso martinis. I will definitely be going back to this charming find!

I’ve been wanting to come here since they opened and finally got the chance to visit on Oyster Monday. Sat at the bar and had a really great evening. Started with a delicious cocktail, and the food was phenomenal… when I ordered the Yellowfin Tuna Tacos the customer seated beside me chimed in to approve my choice. He knew what he was talking about, the tacos were amazing. After my meal I asked the bartender for a recommendation from the huge wall of amaros and ended up getting a flight, along with a ton of information about each one and the regions and styles. Chef Will joined the conversation at one point. The chef, bartender, and servers were all friendly and helpful. My only regret is my wife wasn’t able to join me, but I hope to visit again with her soon.

We came to Delhi to escape the chaos of the city and boy did we get that and more when we stumbled upon EIGHTYmain. The food was amazing! As a fellow New Yorker, I would’ve never expected a taste of heaven here. Every dish, and we tried about seven dishes, was a 10/10. Chef Will was an amazing host; kept us company the whole night. Thank you for the amazing time!

Our experience at this place was beyond amazing! The food was out of this world, and the service was simply exceptional. The drinks were fantastic, and the atmosphere was incredible. We couldn’t find a single thing to fault. We don’t usually have dessert, but we couldn’t resist their homemade tiramisu ice cream, and it was a taste sensation! We highly recommend dining here. The Owner/Chef is incredibly friendly.

Phenomenal pasta and clever cocktails. I’m really surprised this place has managed to fly under the radar of the media “uncovering hidden gems” and “discovering the Catskills” – but as long as they can continue to succeed that way, it’s probably for the better.
These pictures don’t do the flavors justice, but the cintura di pizzo was a revelation. Looked like tripe, tasted like a treat . The buccatini nero was also delicious, and the not so classic caesar was a crowd hit, with its griddled leaves, creamy dressing, and whole anchovies.
Tough to choose between the well-crafted cocktails and the feeling that wine is a lovely accompaniment to these pastas. Only solution is to start with a cocktail and then get some wine. The Curious Wonder is what I’d call a Mexican Vesper, with tequila and mezcal swapping in for the vodka and gin, and it works nicely as an aperitivo (personally I’d serve it up instead of on the rocks, but that’s an inconsequential quibble). The “Kungfu” Malbec was solid, though it would be great to see one or two more adventurous options on the wine list. The liquor shelf, though, is very well stocked with interesting selections, so I’d recommend sitting at the bar if you want to explore.
Absolutely worth making a detour for this place.

Amazing dinner! Did the tasting menu which was 10/10 chef Will was AWESOME! And he did an Amaro tasting at the end which ummm interesting and insightful for sure highly recommend if you’re in town or close enough!!

This restaurant was recommended by our host and it turned out to be mind-blowing. We had no expectations, but when the appetizer was served, I was impressed by the arrangement and colors on the plate. The pasta was so fresh and delicious that it made me come back the second day. The signature cocktails were amazing, the atmosphere was very cozy, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Hopefully, people will support this great restaurant that provides a culinary experience using local ingredients.
