Took too long to get a beer fight broke out and everyone got kicked out early. Went alone for the first time met some cool people i loved it, but service was eyeballing me hard all good tho rather go to schoonerville honestly. Rather pay for service with a smile <3

Nothing like the photos. It’s a small dive bar.

Edited: I should’ve been more specific in my review. Thank you for the response, we’ll be sure to check out the Junction.

From the photos I thought that the place would be a lot more spacious and well-lit. Id never been here before. The atmosphere captured in the photos was different than what I felt walking in. The place was very dark, almost hard to navigate bc of how dark it was. Bartender served us almost right away. Drinks were ok- they were super strong and my friends and I usually drink 2 to 3 drinks at a place but we felt one was enough. The dj was cool, sounded fun. The patio area was well lit and cozy with the heaters so that was nice. I could tell there were a lot of locals enjoying themselves, everyone seemed very friendly and familiar with one another.

LOOKS like it could be a cool little dive bad – would be awesome if the bartenders were friendlier – vibe was a bit off-putting. It was very empty when we visited and 2 bartenders for like maybe 8 people in there – After at least 5 minutes actively ignoring me he finally decided to see what I wanted and exchanged maybe a grunt with us. Weird time – would not go again – had ONE drink and dipped out.

We have been coming here for years before it was Eighth & Rail. We have seen so much change and it’s a good change. The drinks are always good and the vibe is great. The DJ the last time was a girl and she was great. Good times and good drinks!

Didn’t get a single drink at that bar. As we sat there for an hour, while the old lady bartender(60 year old blonde) ignored us, every time we try to ask for a drink. Will never come back to this bar again.

Myself and My colleagues stop in once a week. Frankie the Bartender is the best. Love the mini corn dogs. Nice little spot to stop in for a cold adult beverage after a hard days work.
