My 1st time there. Dress code is business casual/semi casual although we say people in tshirts. Husband and I dressed up & stuck out but I didn’t care. Beautiful views & the room does rotate.

Outdated outdated outdated. Looked forward to coming here for a birthday but you can see views of the city elsewhere rather than here. Hostess was so rude and apathetic. Food was bland, oily, poorly cooked, and extremely overpriced. The Brussels were definitely frozen and so disappointing. Carrots were the only remarkable thing. Tables, flooring, and lighting looks retro in a bad way. Service was fine but definitely wouldn’t recommend a native or newcomer here.

You are paying for the view when eating here. The steaks are just okay and toppings are not worth the price. The steaks were also overcooked. The service is good, the shrimp was okay and the chocolate cake is awesome! The rolls were stale and the napkin covering them was dirty. The restaurant is so dark you need the light from your phone to read the menu.

Everything was fabulous. Waitress were very kind and helpful. We had omelettes made and they were delicious. Food choices were awesome. Prime rib was delicious perfectly cooked. We did the buffet on Sunday. All you can eat. The building does need some work on the outside. I shared pic.

The views of the city were pretty, but the restaurant itself is outdated and dirty. The food was just okay- it was apparent that the ingredients were low quality. The steaks were thin and dry. The spinach and artichoke dip appetizer was the best thing we ate. The hostesses and staff were pretty unprofessional and loud. Just an awkward dining experience and not what we hoped for. We definitely could have had a much better meal elsewhere for a third of the price!

I just wanted to say that the food was good and the dinning room furniture was nice. But I was greatly saddened by what I saw there. The windows were filthy (and having service shortly after they opened, I would have expected the view I was paying to see to not be through dirty glass). The carpet by the windows was fraying and ripped. The ceiling looked like it had never been addressed since smoking used to be allowed (all of the exhaust vents had stained dirty ceiling going up to them). The womens bathroom had three narrow stalls. I scraped my leg on the purse rest above the toilet paper and found that when I stood and buckled my pants I had toilet paper going from the roll into my pants. That’s how little room there was in the stall. The first sink had no soap. I saw a generic soap bottle on the counter, but it was empty. I was able to get a little soap from the other sink. Then the automatic paper dispenser was thoroughly broke, luckily they still had an older dispenser for folded paper towels. I was SO very disappointed in what the restaurant has become and felt like they have no right to continue to charge high prices for their food/experience.

It really needed some updating. But it was a nice view of the city. The servers worked really hard and did an excellent job. My compliments to the chef as well.

What an amazing atmosphere! The views were amazing and the servers were delightful. I had the NY Strip and it was slightly over, but after a trip back to the kitchen it came out perfect. The Chocolate Loving spoon cake was rich and delicious. You’ll definitely enjoy the experience!

A wide variety of fresh and tasty items on the Sunday brunch buffet. Usual breakfast items plus prime rib, made to order omelettes and crepes and lots of desserts. Only complaint about the food is that while fresh many items were room temperature versus hot. The spinning restaurant top gives a great view of the city, but some of the decor is a bit worn out and in need of being replaced (e.g. torn carpet). All servers were friendly, fast, and attentive. Would recommend and will visit again.
