Nice atmosphere and location.. they let us try a bunch of their flavors as it was our first time in and they were all pretty good. Menu is clear on what you get and the wait time wasn’t too long. The ice cream and waffles were excellent with Lotus being our favorite flavor. Will definitely be back

Eiffel Waffle is Downers Grove’s hidden gem of sweet treats! The bubble waffles and waffle cones were made to order which added warm yummyness to the creamy, fresh, delicious ice cream that I had ordered! In addition to the ice cream cone, I ordered a bubble waffle with fresh fruit covered in chocolate and caramel syrup. Everything I ordered here was to die for! I really like that they are open late! Also the customer service was superb! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I’m notoriously known for being an ice cream connoisseur among my friends because I try out ice cream everywhere I go and as much as I can. This is consistently the best ice cream I’ve had in the entire Chicagoland area! And everyone there is so nice. From Downer’s Grove all the way to Fishers Indiana, the staff is incredibly welcoming and the food is spot on. Their Nutella strawana is my go to! Very very generous portion sizes as well

This place is me and my kids new summer hide out! I love the ice cream on the waffle! The customer service is amazing and everyone is so nice from start to finish! If you never been here before come check it out, you want regret it! My daughter said she would give them ten stars they are so good! Get here and try it for yourself!

Went there after getting a haircut and was craving a quick snack when I saw this place and was intrigued. First thing I see when arriving is the owner, Sarah, who was super nice and helpful with questions I had about the menu. I had the Oreo waffle tower and my partner had a fruity pebble waffle tower. Both were amazing and delicious. I will definitely come back to try more things!

We were told about this fantastic ice cream shoppe from someone outside of Illinois and raved so much about the concept and the ice cream, we knew we had to try it out while we were visiting our grandchildren. At first, it is a bit overwhelming because it is so different from amy other shoppe around. We absolutely loved their options. The ice cream was delicious. The shoppe has only been open for four months but I truly see this as a staple in the community and hopefully expand out towards Glen Ellyn too. I also took a picture of the owners.

we really enjoyed this place, lots of flavors and options to choose from…best of all their marshmallows are halal of course!! lol. their actually bubble waffles are very tasty, and really the star of the show…i got one of the Lotus Lover though it was good, next time would prefer to keep it simple w/ just vanilla ice-cream. of note these are massive and good enough for 3 people!
