Our family had an amazing experience at Eggs Up Grill in Kingsport, TN! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, and filled with such positive energy — the perfect place to enjoy a meal together as a family.
Kelsey, our server, was absolutely phenomenal — friendly, attentive, and so prompt. She made us feel genuinely cared for and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the overall vibe made this such a memorable visit for us. If you’re looking for a family-friendly spot with great service and a warm atmosphere, this place is a must! We can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely recommend coming to eggs up grill! This was our first time and will not be our last. The food was delicious, service fantastic, and the prices were somehow very reasonable! I had the cheesy shrimp and grits with andouille sausage and veggies, and my wife had the corned beef eggs Benedict. Both were amazing and we can’t wait to come back for more. Tammy was out server and she did a fantastic job of keeping our drinks topped off and making sure we were enjoying our meals. Happy birthday Tammy!

First time visit and will definitely return. This was their first Saturday open at this location and it was hopping! The staff was doing a great job though! My server Jeremiah was on point and did a fantastic job. Food was hot, yummy, and worth it! Can’t wait to try a bowl and omelet. I’m sure I’ll be making this a frequent breakfast and lunch spot!

The churro French toast is amazing highly recommend. Been there twice in a row thinking about a third time. Please try them out. By the way Kingsport is the only restaurant to have them in the area. Robert had prompt and speedy service, felt very welcome and would be happy to return.

Very enjoyable experience. Busy place, but they have a system where they can text you when they have a table ready. Place is very clean, and food was top notch. I got the Carmel apple pancakes, 10 out of 10.

First time here. Ordered philly steak sandwich with no mayo and home fries. After about a 25 minute wait our food arrived. My sandwich HAD mayo, and my potatoes were cold and a bit crunchy in the middle. Our waitress was BEYOND SUPER nice, the shift manager came out and apologized and was very nice as well, which is why I gave it as many stars as I did. My wife said her food was wonderful. We don’t come over to Kingsport much and wanted to try a new spot. This was our experience. Last time here.

Best breakfast in Kingsport! Very friendly staff even though it was busy. Amanda was the best waitress I’ve had in this area in a long time. We ordered a lot of things to try and everything was correct and very fresh. The mimosas were great. Eggs were cooked perfectly and pancakes were fresh and fluffy! The biscuits and gravy were amazing as well, tasted like mamas! Highly recommend this place and it’ll become my go to breakfast spot!
