My mother and I have been enjoying Eggs Up since its first opened! It brings authentic city style diner that features personal touch by giving their employees the opportunity to share where home is for them.
Today, my mother got her go to “The Classic” which comes with eggs, bacon, and home fries. While I got the “Goodness Gracious Omelette” with home fries.
Our meal was a delight for a quick bite to eat before shopping because Eggs Up is conveniently next to The Johnson City Mall!

Great breakfast. Returned again since the IHG hotel with a restaurant doesnt live up to their flyers and post throughout the hotel an serve a breakfast thats not fit for man or beast.

If you’re scrolling around trying to find the best diner eats in Johnson City, TN… STOP right here. Eggs Up Grill is a serious good find. (You won’t consider anywhere else after coming here- please allow me to explain further)
Eggs Up Grill is a clean, inviting atmosphere, smiley friendly (efficient!) staff, and this food is phenomenal. Literally, right down to their scrambled eggs- something that seems so ordinary, but when I saw a side of fresh fluffy scrambled eggs I was so moved that I ordered a side to add to my order in seconds. There was no doubt. It looked perfect. (And tasted delicious!) I had to try the cinnamon French Toast with the homemade custard. And our server Harmony was the best. Great service may be hard to find these days, but not Harmony… she was a genuine delight!
We were in on a busy weekend brunch- I come to Johnson City when I visit my niece who attends ETSU and she brought me here and I’ve been hooked ever since. In these pics you’ll see me and my husband, he loves it here too! And the place was packed to the brim… so many happy customers and families gathering together. Such a great vibe.
Come to Eggs Up Grill. Harmony is the best! Thanks again for your awesome service, Harmony… you really helped make our experience extra great.
PS- The prices are AFFORDABLE and FAIR.. how could I almost forget to pepper that in? Seriously… shoot your shot- come here hungry, you’ll leave happy… promise

Today was my first time in this place and I am delighted! Although the menu is not very extensive, they have the essentials and everything looks delicious. I really liked the food and the relaxed atmosphere. Marissa’s attention was exceptional, always attentive and with a smile. I forgot to take pictures. We were so hungry! Tristan was our server and she was exceptional. The whole vibe in this place is fun and welcoming. Food was plated, beautifully, and portions were perfect. We will be back the next time we’re in town.

Stopped here on a weekday around 10:00 am the restaurant was still full. We were quickly greeted and seated and within a minute we had fresh hot coffee at our table. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs and while everything was delicious I would have preferred a little more gravy for my biscuits. The bacon was crispy and hot and the eggs were good but the thing that mostly stands out is the quality of service from the waitress! I’ll definitely be making a return trip soon!

Eggs Up Grill is always so good! Can be a little pricey, depending on what you get. Sign up for their email club and get free meal for your birthday. Me and my husband both had a birthday offer, so we only had to pay for the kids’ food and our drinks. Great deal The kids like the options on the kids menu; they get to pick three things plus a drink. Also a good deal. On another trip, I got the crème brûlée French toast. Oh my goodness, it was So good. Very sweet and rich.

My wife and I both got the texas omelet. I had mine without sausage gravy, and hers had it. Both meals were 4 eggs with mushrooms chorizo sausage bacon jalapenos and mozzarella cheese. The food was outstanding! Both plates come with toast and home fries ! Our server Renee was outstanding!! She is super friendly and attentive ! We will definitely be returning . I can guarantee you will not be leaving hungry! The place is very clean and pleasant
