Ordered delivery from DoorDash their specialty “Tandoori chicken kabob”. Taste was good but chicken was no cooked properly. Really chewy and some of the pieces were raw. Similar with the rice which was not cooked properly.
Will never order form this restaurant again. Please pay attention to your quality. Taste is good. Thanks!

Ordered pani puri and butter chicken masala. Pani puri eater tasted like soap water. Even let the owner know and he proceeded to do nothing. The chicken didn’t taste or look anything like the pics. See below. The yellow one is the one we got served

Super great experience at Eggholic!
My boyfriend and I have been looking for an affordable Indian fusion restaurant to add to our meal rotations and are incredibly excited to have found Eggholic. It is a great place to come into a welcoming environment and enjoy a tasty quick meal. The food was delicious and very fresh and very inexpensive for the quantity.
I am happy to say that I will be returning!

I’m a white guy, what do I know? But, IMHO, the food here absolutely slaps. Classic Indian street food along with delicious egg dishes perfect for a Sunday brunch.

And there’s a kids menu. My three year old got her plain toast and eggs (which she loved) and I got my hum-tum.

We’re planning to make Target / Eggholic trips a regular thing.

This review is after a series of orders in the past 3 months. The restaurant will be able to confirm my regular orders in the name of Rajan B. I regularly order 3-4 items mainly – paneer masala sandwich, paneer ghotala, tandoori chicken kebab and the varieties of pulavs. The quality of food has degraded to an extent that even the owners themselves will agree to. The tandoori chicken was raw meat (forget about cooking) and the vegetarian food has declined in quality and the cook has forgotten how to ensure the food is completely cooked. Fundamentals of cooking have been vaporized from the minds of the people who run this restaurant and i feel sad that after being a loyal customer of eggholic in chicago suburbs (Nile, Schaumburg and Naperville), such branches have massacred the quality of the chain.

I’ll be transparent with this one, I had ordered from Eggholic over the summer and it was delicious! Pretty good portion size when my fiancee and I had it over the summer. Food is tasty cant really complain about that part. With that being said this evening I was ordering for a few friends and so we got an even bigger order of items than previously and felt it would be more than enough at any other restaurant – about $90 worth of food for the 4 of us.

What we received was definitely not worth $90 in any regard. While it was tasty, the restaurant did not take into consideration my wanting it spicy when its literally a choice you’re given when ordering. I can eat and enjoy VERY spicy food – just feels goofy to offer something and labeling it “indian spicy” but it basically tastes like you added a few dashes of tabasco. The portion sizes were laughable, each container was about half full and my lassi wasnt even filled up to the top of the cup like come on guys… what am I even paying for at this point. I probably wont be returning, very disappointed tonight :(.

Indian Street Food – so amazingly delicious.

I ordered the sunny side up egg dish on the cover of the takeout menu – Egg Bhurji. I got Raita (yogurt sauce) with it and rice – I can’t describe how good it was. Like an Indian version of Chilaquiles.

My husband had Chicken Kadai which was equally good. Such depth of flavor! Prices are perfect, we will be back soon.

Absolutely loved Eggoholic! If you’re into Indian-style egg dishes, this place is heaven. Everything tastes just like proper Indian street food — full of flavor, spice, and that homely touch.
The portions are big, prices are fair, and the food comes out hot and fresh.
The staff was also really friendly and helped us pick a few must-try dishes.
If you love eggs or miss that authentic Indian street food taste, definitely check this place out!
