Really nice interior seating. Chill spot.
For a first day, the operation was seamless. The space is immaculately clean, bright, and has such a welcoming ‘craft’ energy. I love the playful branding—’different yolks for different folks’ really sets the tone for a unique breakfast experience.
Now, the food:
Ribeye Steak & Egg Sandwich: Absolute game-changer. The steak was incredibly tender and seasoned perfectly—a serious upgrade to your morning routine.
Avocado Toast: Stunningly fresh, vibrant, and loaded with toppings. You can tell they aren’t cutting corners on ingredients.
It’s rare to find a spot that nails the food, the cleanliness, and the atmosphere all at once, especially on day one. Huge congrats to the team on a successful launch. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!”
I ordered the Ribeye California Breakfast Burrito and it came out completely cold. Not slightly warm — cold. On your grand opening, when you’re supposed to be showcasing your absolute best? That’s a bad first impression. I had to return it immediately.
To their credit, they remade it and the second one came out hot like it should have been in the first place. But on day one, quality control should be tight. If you can’t get temperature right during your grand opening, that’s concerning.
I also ordered a cold brew and the milk options were almost nonexistent. Instead of offering basic milk choices, they handed me pre-sweetened hazelnut creamer cups. Not everyone wants flavored, sugary creamer in their coffee. A simple regular milk option should be standard — especially when serving specialty coffee.
The only real highlight was the potatoes. They were hot, crispy, well-seasoned, and cut in an interesting way that gave them great texture. Easily the best part of the plate.
Grand openings are meant to impress. This one missed the mark. Hopefully they tighten things up quickly, because first impressions matter — and this one wasn’t strong.
