We take the simple and, sometimes boring, breakfast sandwich and pack it with delicious and innovative flavors that are guaranteed to start your morning off right. Running with the philosophy of food cooked fresh and from scratch, we make all of our sauces in house, grind our own sausage, chorizo, and brisket burger patties, peel and cook our own potatoes, and source our Japanese milk buns and English muffins from a local bakery.

Nice place for breakfast sandwiches.
We ordered several breakfast
sandwiches and an avocado toast with egg. The brioche buns were really delicious very soft, fresh, and buttery. The eggs were cooked well and the sandwiches tasted great overall.
The avocado toast was okay, nothing special, but still decent. The place itself is clean, modern, and cozy, and the service was friendly and fast.
I would definitely come back for the sandwiches and recommend this place if you like brioche style breakfast sandwiches.

We had breakfast here on Saturday. You will find ample parking available. The restaurant is small but quaint. You will find indoor and outdoor seating.
The cold brew is one of the better ones out there. It is not bitter at all and actually really quite smooth.
The Breakfast Poutine is large and hearty. Lots of potatoes and crispy chunks of chicken. So good and quite filling.
The Country Fried Chicken Sandwich is also pretty big. The chicken is so crispy on the outside and yet still moist on the inside. I love the sausage gravy! It can go on everything!
The Chili Con Carne Burrito is also large and in charge. It is a wonderful combination of chili and ribeye. The Burrito is surprisingly light for its size. I think this is due to the eggs. The eggs are so light and fluffy. My personal favorite item of the day.
Wonderful food and service make this a place I want to come back to again and again.

I had the scramble me softly it so good with a side of potato fries and cheese sauce it was super bomb and filling. I also like how I can see the cook station and see what’s going into my food not a lot of talking and laughing over the food like most places. No big bears , they wear hats to protect the food. Restaurant looks clean staff friendly and great. Food came out as quick as I sat down. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking a clean environment for breakfast or lunch I’ll definitely be back

This Ribeye and egg breakfast burger is delicious. It took awhile to make it, but for good reason. It was made fresh and tasted yummy. Those Beer Battered Potato Wedges are the best. The restaurant is clean and has enough room for the family.

5 stars across the board. A friendly greeting from the moment we opened the door. Such a welcoming place – staff are all so polite. Checked in on us after we had our first bites too (much appreciated by someone in the hospitality industry myself). Love the decor and good hits music in the radio.

Got takeout from Eggbred for Easter brunch and really enjoyed it! My family ordered a variety of things from the truffle crunch burger, to the chicken sandwich, avocado toast, and breakfast burrito. A few highlights were the chicken sandwich which comes with a sausage gravy for dipping. My brother in law really enjoyed his sandwich. I ordered the breakfast burrito with beer battered potatoes, ham, egg, cheese, it was awesome! The restaurant is bright and clean and a good place to enjoy a meal. The service was helpful but did get a few parts of the order wrong. A few missing sauces, and a few meals missing. But, the staff promptly corrected the issue!
