The Mrs. And I ate at Eggberts today and it was great. We both had the Southern chicken biscuit platter: the chicken was crispy, bacon was crispy, scrambled eggs were fluffy, hash brown were crispy, the gravy was good, and the biscuits were light and fluffy. I would recommend this meal if you are looking for breakfast in Claremore.

Fantastic breakfast. Great service. Apple cinnamon pancakes were the best we’ve ever had. Pancakes were light and airy. Super delicious. And the staff frequently checked in on us. We will definitely return here, if we are ever in Claremore again!

Me and my husband came for a normal breakfast date. Before our food arrives we had people sit behind us with 2 dachshunds. I love dogs but I do not like eating where dogs sit. Service dog or not dogs should not sit on the table. They were barking at every door close. They usually have good food and service but the experience was very poor. In my opinion any type of dogs should not sit on tables.

Fast service, really reasonable prices and WAY better than average diner food. The steak that came with the Rancher’s breakfast was cooked just right and well-seasoned. (I find that seeing how a restaurant handles a breakfast steak is a great test of how seriously they handle ALL their food).

We are fairly new to the area, so we wanted to eat and so we choose Eggberts to eat at. I have ate there 3 other times. Everything was great. Service, food, cleanliness of the restaurant. The lady I was with order her food, then I ordered mine shortly after. The waitress brought us our food. My was great. The other ladies eggs was not cooked the way she asked for them. They was over easy with the whites not done. The slimmy stuff was running out. She asked for over med. The smoked sausage she got was burnt. So she asked the waitress if she could get sausage links instead and replace the eggs with ones cooked the way she asked for. She brought the sausage out, then another lady brought the eggs, I’m guessing she’s one of the cooks. She asked her if the eggs was done. My friend replyed I don’t know until I cut into them. I asked have you cooked eggs over med before? I didn’t know if it was her first day. She turned around with the plate walked off and she through the plate into the busting tub. I did not see this, but I sure herd the plate hit. Then the waitress came by and I told her we was not gonna pay for her messed up food that the lady did not, and would not eat. I asked for the mgr. She was standing close by all ready. The mgr. was one of the ladies whom had served me before when I ate there before. Very nice lady. We explained what happened and showed them all the eggs and sausage. I told her I would pay for mine and the biscuit and gravy she had ate on. By this time there is 4 people standing around the table. The mgr. said that’s fine and don’t come back. No problem. I won’t be back. I know personaly working in the food business is very hard sometimes and no the customers are not always right. But this time the customer was right. I was told I was disrespectful by asking the question. My apology to the cook for asking the question. My friend was waiting on the bench for me to bring the car around, the mgr., the waitress gathered around the front register and made the comment if I was that old I would know how to order my eggs. My friend said did order them they way I like them. Then the mgr closed the second door going into the restaurant. I guess they didn’t realize she was sitting there or maybe they just didn’t care. To the owner of this business. I’m sure you back your staff 100% and that’s great but I’m asking respectfully to address this with your mgr on duty and the other employees that needed to stand in on the conversation. I will not recommended anyone to eat here. It’s really sad because you have a great restaurant, the food I have eaten has been great, the staff has always been very friendly and kind. I’m sure my few dollars will not make a difference. But the way your staff acted tonight will make differnce. Very disappointed and very disrespected.

So I was a door dash driver tonight and even tho there were pretty much no customers in restaurant and the cook said “order up” … the waitress just had me sit there for 10 more min and then told me they only did it bc I was looking upset. Been going here for years and noticed each time I have came the atmosphere had continued to decline, I am a single mom who enjoys taking her kids here cause it reasonably priced well , today I had my mother with me and we ordered a meal to share I asked for a plate waited close to 10 minutes for the plate to come out and be addressed very rudely because
my daughter asked for a piece of sausage and bacon with her meal (kids meal ) but I just thought I was waiting for a plate while watching it get cold before my eyes but was wrongly charged for extra sausage and bacon for my daughter and I understood it was just a mis understanding and acknowledged that but said I’m not gonna pay for it because me or my mother or daughter won’t eat that much and said the only way not to be charged for what I did not ask for was for them to take it back where the manager proceeded to grab the napkin under my mom‘s forks and knives and pick up two pieces of sausage from my daughters plate
Well, now I’ve been here so long that my biscuit and gravy had turned color from just sitting so long waiting for a plate so I could split the cowboy breakfast with my mother and still had no plate and was told the reason I don’t get good services because I don’t tip enough to get good service so after this conversation still no plate I left all the food on the table and left and will never return to a facility that judges how they should treat their customers by how much I can tip when I always tip whatever I have extra for feeding my kids and complaining about it to me versus getting a plate ( manager ) brought up the tips not me and I usually leave about a $5 but as single mom that’s usually what I can do or have extra ( and I was not about to wait longer for toast that never came out as well ) so if you want to be judged by your income at a “family “ diner this is your place but I will never return and I’ve been going here since before my kids were born and my kids left crying because they were not able to eat just disgusted to ever wasted money here

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and the food and service is always on point! Jaymee was our server today and she already knew what we were eating and drinking before we did, she is awesome and deserves a big raise! She goes above and beyond for her customers and it shows, she’s a big asset to Eggberts!
