What a delightful place to have Saturday brunch with the family, the staff is kind and attentive. The food was delicious. Definitely coming back to this location. The food didn’t take long to arrive. Our server was very helpful with suggestions when requested. Thank you.

The only thing we would switch was instead of the toast grab the blueberry muffin I guess we will have to come back for it next time

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ EggWorks – Las Vegas

Visited on a busy Sunday morning with my family and had another excellent experience. Even with a full house, we were seated within five minutes. The hostess was friendly and welcoming, and our server, Serena, was outstanding — quick, attentive, and genuinely kind.

The atmosphere is classic EggWorks: casual, energetic, and family-friendly. The little train that circles overhead gives the space a nostalgic Vegas charm, and having the Raiders game on made it the perfect local Sunday breakfast.

Food-wise, everything was spot on. The Bandito’s Scramble is our family favorite — loaded with flavor, perfectly balanced, and hands down one of the best egg dishes of any breakfast spot in the country. I also tried the French toast for the first time — traditional, but incredibly moist and satisfying.

EggWorks keeps proving why it’s one of the best local breakfast spots in Las Vegas — great food, great service, and a place that just feels good to be in. Highly recommended.

I’m going to start out with this first. For a place that has egg in the name you would think that everything that has eggs in it would have fresh shelled eggs. Good thing I know to ask. So when you order your meal ask for “country scrambled” their wording for shelled.

Now the service is great, the food is great, the prices are reasonable, plenty of space to get a table anytime, just all around Great. I ate here twice on my trip.

Egg Works – A Homestyle Brunch Spot in the Heart of Summerlin

Egg Works, a family-owned local franchise, is beloved for its wide range of egg-centric brunch dishes and warm, down-to-earth atmosphere. Located in the bustling center of Summerlin, it’s no surprise that it draws a sizable crowd—even at 11 a.m. on a Friday, the place was lively with diners enjoying their late breakfasts and early lunches.

Atmosphere & Vibe

The restaurant features country-style wall murals that reflect its family-owned roots, giving the space a cozy, welcoming charm. Their emphasis on fresh, made-to-order food and friendly service is clear from the moment you walk in.

Menu & Food

The menu itself is styled like an old-fashioned newspaper, adding a nostalgic touch. It’s filled with an impressive variety of options, from Benedicts and breakfast classics to quesadillas, burritos, sandwiches, and burgers.

There are also ample DIY and healthy options. I opted for the Healthy Classic, swapping in grilled chicken breast instead of Canadian bacon or sausage. The chicken was crispy and well-cooked, pairing nicely with the over-easy eggs. I chose house salad over potatoes—it resembled a Caesar-style mix with a fresh veggie twist.

For bread, you can pick between toast or a banana muffin—the muffin was a standout: a touch sweet, moist, and had a nice creamy flavor that felt almost like dessert.

Pricing

Egg Works lists both cash and credit card prices, clearly noting the added fees for card transactions. While the food quality is excellent, the pricing does lean toward the expensive side, so it’s worth considering before your visit.

The restaurant is marked as a pet-friendly one since customers can bring dogs with them to dine at the outside dining patio.

Final Thoughts

Egg Works offers a homey, quality brunch experience with a menu that can satisfy just about any craving. Despite the higher prices, the thoughtful service, well-prepared dishes, and comfortable setting make it a solid brunch choice in Summerlin—especially if you’re an egg lover!

Working on errands. First time coming in here in food looks delicious with their valley meal and menus. Ren helped me with serving my food along with my muffin. I will definitely come back for a second
around.

Place wasn’t too busy when I visited a couple days ago, but it soon became packed and bustling around noon that day. Something interesting they do is show you the cash price and the credit price of every entry. They’re transparent about offloading the credit fee onto the customer. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Seasoned Potatoes and the Banana Bread French Toast. The sandwich was fantastic, and the chicken was juicy and delicious. The seasoned potatoes had plenty of flavor, almost too much, and I felt like I had to suppress it with ketchup. That was probably just personal preference. The French toast didn’t taste like traditional variants, and it was more like a soft and “crumbly” form of banana bread. Quite good and very rich in taste. The food here is top notch, but the service left something to be desired. Service was friendly, if a bit slow. I could be wrong, but I think maybe the ratio of servers to tables was a bit much.

Absolutely fantastic experience all around. From our friendly server, to the speed of the food coming out to us, to the portions. Everything was a pleasure.
A real shout out to the potatoes, which is addicting, and will have me wanting more.

The review was high, and this place lives up up to it.

We came here in the middle of a long Summerlin walk for a fuel up! She had the French Toast and I had the Chicken and Egg skillet. Both were amazing! Our server, Ren, did a great job. She is a pro! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!
