If it’s your first time Make sure before you leave when they give you the bag tie it in A knot ! Open it up before you leave especially if you’re from out of town it was horrible greasy disgusting mushy bad odor fish vegetables smell spoil also you can definitely tell they don’t change their grease out it’s like they keep it for a couple of days !I have never in my life had chow mein dark brown dripping with a lot of grease and soy sauce soon as I sent slid my credit card they told me it was ready that was a red flag I took her word I said my first time here is it really good I want fresh hot food I’ll be taking it to work she asked me why I was from I said San Francisco I noticed when I was leaving her and her husband just kept staring at me they knew all alone what they gave me I didn’t find out until I arrived at work
When I called back to let her know she hung up I call back again they use the hospital’s number she picked up mentioned her and her husband doesn’t speak English I can hear her say no returns and they don’t give money back! I never touched the food I just open the plastic plate other co-worker said they’ve been like this for A few years now surprised they’re still open
All she had to do was be honest and tell me they had all old food from earlier or yesterday or even let me know this is how they make their food and the chow mein is dark and real greasy dripping with grease and lots of soy sauce
Horrible My worst Chinese food experience $25 we have been worn from social media commercials and the health department popping up at these type of restaurants and how they act like they can’t speak English
Unacceptable

I frequent this place because of how delicious the food is and welcoming the customer service is. The people are always extremely kind and quick with a smile while the food is skillfully crafted, the meats are always tender regardless of what you get, shows an expert velvet technique to produce such a soft bite with no taste of the tenderizing ingredient. I usually get anything “house” made such as the house chow fun and also the singapore noodles, but recently I have begun working through the menu to fully enjoy the variety of dishes and every item is just as tasty and filling or more as the last. If amazing food and amazing people aren’t enough, the price is a nice relief in a world of inflation, fair price for great food, I always have enough leftover to show my appreciation for them with a tip that they absolutely deserve.

Just tried their generals chicken with fried rice. Good sauce however there was a bit too many sesame seeds. It filled me up, saved some to eat later. Not the type of place to dine in, given the inside only has a bench to wait for your order.

Cook to order. Lunch special: fried rice and sesame chicken came out hot and delicious. Sauce was not too sweet. Try the chicken egg rolls. Take-out only

My God, their HONEY WALNUT CHICKEN is ridiculously delicious! I always ask for it extra crispy with the sauce on the side (so it doesn’t get soggy) and extra sauce. It’s like honey walnut shrimp but with chicken. I also get the beef chow mein mmmmm so yummy!! It’s a little bit pricey but so worth it! If anyone ever wants to get me a gift for whatever occasion… This is it!

Seems The Egg Roll King does not know the difference between egg rolls and spring rolls. For spring rolls they were just ok. At some point I’ll find a decent egg roll in Hayward CA.

This place is delicious, fast, and won’t break the bank. The Mongolian beef is spicy with lots of peppers, and I can’t stop eating it. Their fried rice is perfect and doesn’t need any added soy sauce. The egg rolls are served hot and crispy. Their chicken is very soft, and my family isn’t a fan of the texture – they must brine it ahead of time – but the flavors are great. The woman who takes orders is sweet and delightful, and she often slips some extra red bean sesame balls into our bag.

My husband and I were skeptical about this place because we’ve tried a lot of Chinese food restaurants and they were alright. When we opened up out first take-out plates, we were absolutely surprised because it was amazing. Not only is the food delicious but its good for its price which is cheap. We come here at least once a week if we are running late on making dinner. Total recommend. Their service is also fast and they are so nice.
