The dish i originally ordered El Cerdo was Delish but it was sitting I a soup bowl of grease so that kind of took over the other ingredients that were amazing . But I reordered and got the Mexican slinger and OMg soooo good! It was amazing . The tostada was super crispy and the carnitas and frijoles were delicious we also ordered French toast , pancakes , bacon, sausage , espresso martinis … which were very tasty as well.
Go check them out , you will love it there we will definitely be back
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)
I came in on Sept 6 around 1:35 PM, which was pretty close to their 2 PM closing time — but it never felt rushed. I don’t recommend going that close to closing, but it really showed the quality of their service, especially Jason at the bar. He was professional, welcoming, and helped me choose a drink that hit perfectly.
What I Ordered:
• Half French Toast Cornbread
• Eggs, Bacon, Toast & Potatoes
• Mimosa (10/10, forget the flavor but it was perfect)
Taste: Everything tasted exactly how it should — fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The mimosa was the highlight.
Bill: My total was $51.81 including tip for the great service.
Overall: Cozy atmosphere, great food, and service that doesn’t slack even right before closing. Jason made me feel right at home in a professional way. I left happy and I’ll definitely be back.
There were some lowlights. The Chakchouka was the biggest disappointment because nothing mentioned that it’s incredibly spicy. Not “Thai hot” spicy, but I love Cholula on my eggs in the morning, and this was several notches beyond that. However, the taste was great, so if you can handle heat in the morning that makes your nose run, you’ll love it. The smoked pork belly was just kind of flavorless; not bad, just underwhelming.
We will definitely come back! I need more of that cornbread and gravy in my life, and the are so many other great things to try!
