This was the 2nd time I ordered from EggLaari. And I must say, I wasn’t disappointed. We ordered the Surti Gatola, got a BOGO offer on it on UberEats. Loved the flavor of the dish. My preschooler happily gobbled it down so that makes the dish a winner for me. Will definitely recommend this place.

This one time morning breakfast event was worth trying. First time we have tried Gujarati Shurti breakfast and it was best food we have in Austin. Hope they have similar events every month

Absolutely delicious and unique!
I tried Egg Laari for the first time yesterday and ordered the Surti Gotalo — wow! The taste was something I’ve never had before, and it was amazing to try something new. The spices were perfectly balanced and full of flavor, and eating it with the bread made it such a great combo. It’s refreshing to discover food like this in Austin — truly underrated and worth checking out if you’re into bold, flavorful dishes!

Everything I had at EggLaari was absolutely incredible! The Khakra pizza was not only delicious but surprisingly light, making it perfect for a quick snack or meal on the go. And don’t even get me started on the half fry and gotalo bursting with flavor and ahh so-spicy! But what really blew me away was the Spicy Maggie with Amul butter & cheese – a total game changer! If you’re an egg lover like me and craving that authentic Egg Laari experience from India right here in Austin, this food truck is an absolute gem. Highly recommend stopping by!!!

Avoid at all cost. Egg dishes have watery gravy with no taste at all. This was our second time there, assuming that they must have improvised on the food quality and taste, we had during our first time.
Now, I am firm that they dont know how to cook. People can make better tasting egg dishes at home than spending money at Egg Laari. Worst food I ever had in Austin area.

Amazing food with top notch service! Personal favorites are egg cheese masala, maggi, and desi pasta! The egg dishes are reminiscent of the egg lahris in India! Definitely added to our list of must eat spots in ATX!

Our recent visit to Egg Laari indulged in Indian-style egg delicacies left us thoroughly impressed. We opted for the Surati Egg Gotalo, accompanied by soft buns, and the Egg Pulao, both of which tantalized our taste buds.
The Surati Gotalo, a renowned street food gem, showcases a delightful blend of boiled and fried eggs, harmoniously mixed with onions, tomatoes, and an array of spices. True to its name, the dish embodies a charming chaos of flavors, reflecting the vibrancy of Indian street cuisine.
What truly set this food truck apart was not just the exceptional food but also the warmth of the owner and the inviting ambiance. Amidst the savory aromas, we found ourselves engaged in friendly conversation, further enhancing the dining experience.
In a world where culinary gems often rely on word-of-mouth acclaim, this humble food truck stands as a testament to the power of authentic flavors and genuine hospitality. We eagerly anticipate our next visit to savor more of their delectable offerings. #AndeKaAdda

The taste is definitely good, but the portion size is really disappointing. For $13, the quantity is surprisingly small — not even enough for one person. Not great value for the price.

We are here on an evening and tried at Egg laari. Food is average. We ordered egg kheema. It just came with one pav for 12$ and extra pav is 2$. Very expensive and curry is average.
