I’m a brunch fanatic so I’m very picky with each spot I go to but this place is hands down one of the best I’ve been to in a while! My aunt and I went here to try for the first time and we loved it! Our waitress was so sweet, her kindness went a long way! On top of that, the food was really good. The portions are big for a good price too! Highly recommend!

This meal was delicious for all three of us. Two got breakfast (omelet and home fries / stuff strawberry French toast / Reuben panini) and one got lunch. Everyone is very friendly! Our server was wonderful. The restaurant was clean and neat.

I ordered 2 eggs poached and got “4” good sized eggs. Sourdough toast, coffee, and sausages. Tasty! After Illinois high taxes and a generous tip, $22, cash. There is a extra charge card fee if you charge it. Clean look, new china and silverware, coffee was good, grill is still seasoned. Some of the friendly waitress staff got rehired. 10am weekday crowd of older folk have to endure teen pop music that was a bit loud close to a ceiling speaker and not one TV, in the place. Miss sitting at the counter and watching/listening to the news like I did at Christy’s. Updated the dated dining area with a long booth seat all along the west wall, under the egg house sign. Tables and chairs finishing a minimalist decor. Customer WIFI is available IF you know the password. I tried and couldn’t connect with the password they gave me. Tried several variations without success.

me and my parents went on valentine’s day 10/10 experience if i had to put more stars í would! the waitress Nelly was very kind and always checks up on us every time when we need something or just in general! including the rest of the staff and the owner Tony and his partner very generous people, they make you feel comfortable with their awesome service. 100% recommend will come back and i as well recommend you to come check this place out 100%!

Seated quickly, but had to get the hostess’ attention to be served by the wait staff for water or coffee. Once we had our waitress come to the table, everything else was spot on!

I am so glad that the Egg House restaurant opened in the Wood Dale location. Since it opened, we’ve been there both for breakfast and for lunch several times. It never disappoints. They call it egg house, but they have a lot more than just eggs. The salads are great, they have fun little pancake dishes and stuff, and the sandwiches are the bomb. The staff is really nice, too. Especially our favorite waitress, Nelly. Give it a try. I think you’re going to like it!

I ordered the country fried steak with over easy eggs, hash browns, and pancakes. Everything was cooked to perfection- crispy edges on the hash browns, fluffy pancakes, and the steak was tender with just the right amount of crunch.
The food itself is classic breakfast fare, but it’s done right. The menu has a great selection, and it’s clear they care about quality and consistency. We left full and happy – we’ll be back again soon.

1st time in today after christi’s closed. It is my son’s 18 birthday and he wanted to try it. Theresa the server was great , very friendly and fast . Kept filling up my coffee and food was great. Will definitely come back. I love the new look and It seems busy but still had good attention to our table. A men with a blue shirt came to ask how was everything so i’m thinking is a manager or owner but that was very nice .They also gifted him his chocolate pancakes which was very kind.

This is definitely my favorite breakfast spot! After the recent renovation, the place has improved not only in appearance but also in overall quality. The refreshed interior feels welcoming and cozy, making the whole experience even better than before.
My absolute favorite dish is the Skillet Steak — it’s always prepared exactly the way I like it. No matter the level of doneness or special requests, it’s consistently cooked to perfection.
A special shoutout to our wonderful server, Nelly, who is always incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She truly makes every visit even more enjoyable. The rest of the staff is just as friendly and welcoming — including Giana, who took great care of us today and provided excellent service.

First time at this location since Christy’s closed. Hostess sat us at a booth that was a tight spot for us. Ordered the egg avocado Benedict and it was tasteless. Thank goodness for hot sauce. My side was fruit and it was majority melon and honeydew which I dislike. There were 3 blueberries. Not sure if I’ll be returning
