So I’m pissed, the service is amazing, atmosphere is great but here’s the problem. I came in here ready to have some great eggs, till I recived the soggiest, wettest, most disgusting scrambled eggs of my life. It made me almost wanna puke. And I know they have the potential because their other foods are amazing. I wish I didn’t have to pay for this mess…

A very good place to eat, but:
1. The price is just insanely expensive. For a 2 person breakfast you can end up paying 70-80$ not adding the tip. For everything to be “perfect” and for them to make sure clients pay and leave in the parking lot in front of the restaurant there are signs that mention if your car is parked more then 90min., it will be towed and you will pay a 250$ fin (in cash only hahahahah).
2. The old thin lady at the entrance is very easily offendable and one single cough, or if you allow yourself to be sleepy, or if you don’t answer to her politness hipocrisy, she will make sure you’ll get an unpleasent experience.
3. They are a network as I have seen and not many breakfast places in the area but I would definately prefer Cipri’s Caffe then this place charging a small fortune for their eggs and omlettes.
P.S.: if you add smoked salmon in your omlette they will charge you from 5$ to 10$ more, depending on their mood. This is what they did to us in the 2 visits we made there.

One of the lesser known Egg Harbor locations, the Lake Forest unit has a smaller footprint than other sites, but when it’s not crazy weekend busy, it makes for a cozier spot to go to where you can linger for a bit with a good book and an extra cup of coffee. Everything else is the same. One gripe, an order of the Cherrywood bacon comes with only two strips now, which is just wrong.

The dish I ordered was simple, but for what it was, it tasted good 🙂 My server was super sweet. Really, all of the staff was kind during my visit. The ambiance was modern cottage-y. I sat near the window, which was wonderful.

Stopped in for breakfast and overall had a good experience. The food was solid—fresh and well-prepared. While I personally felt some of the dishes could’ve used a bit more flavor, the pancakes absolutely stole the show—fluffy, buttery, and perfectly cooked. Hands down the highlight of the meal! The atmosphere was cozy, but heads up—it was really cold inside. Nearly everyone had a sweater or jacket on, so maybe bring a layer just in case. Still, the service was friendly and the vibe was nice. Worth a visit, especially if you’re a pancake lover!

The food was nice, nothing in particular stood out. The prices were average and the portions were generous. We had the nicest server, great attitude, wish I got his name. The place itself is real nice, we loved the chicken related decor, felt real homey too.

Nice Monday brunch. Our server Karyn was friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was so delicious. Such a great atmosphere and very relaxing, especially on a Monday, off peak hours when they are not overwhelmed over the weekend.

We told them we wanted to share, and they split the food for us, making one spicy and one non-spicy. It was nice. The food was good. It’s conveniently located close to the highway, making it easy to grab a meal while traveling.q
