We went here by chance on New Year’s Eve before a party. The food is amazing. I was totally shocked at how good it was. The french fries were actually a magnificent experience and sandwiches were phenomenal. I’m so impressed with this place. Completely surprised, and a good way.

The food and service here are excellent! I absolutely love the corned beef rolls—they are a definite must-try appetizer. When the place is packed for an event, it can get noisy, but honestly, what do we expect? It’s a fun, lively spot, not the library :). High quality and highly recommended!

We were there New Year’s Day for our anniversary and to try somewhere different. It’s a quaint Irish Pub with a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. It can get busy. Food was good. Typical pub food with an Irish theme.
Our server/barmaid, Colleen, was on her own, and the pub got busy, but she did a fantastic job. I was a little confused because there was a large guy behind the bar not doing a thing but talking to customers or on his phone. Occasionally, he got in the way. I felt bad for Colleen because I’ve been there, short staffed and so busy. She didn’t complain and still had a smile. The owner should be grateful for her, really grateful. Worth going to if Colleen is there.

The bangers and mash were so terrible that I had to refuse it. The sausages were charcoaled, black, hard as bricks, I couldn’t believe it. The wait time was incredibly long so I think they forgot they were cooking. Those Keltic spears were good though.

We stopped in looking for a quick bite to eat. It is not very impressive from the exterior. When we walked in we almost left as it was dim and did not appear to be clean. The furnishings were old and worn and as usual there was a lot of sports memorials on the walls, but we decide to get a drink anyway.
The waitress who was also the bar maid was very friendly and nice, so got our cocktails. Then we saw some of the food arriving from the kitchen and it looked pretty good so we have it a try. I’m glad we did. The burger I had was excellent and my wife who is a picky eater loved her meal. The price was very reasonable. So overall I guess if you are in the area and want a decent meal at a decent price Egan’s Pub is for you.

A fun Irish Pub with great staff, drinks and food. Always a good time. I’ve had the Philly Cheese Steak, quesadilla and Bangers and Mash. All were great. Ask if the sandwiches can be made into a wrap. I plan to go back to try the corn beef special on Wednesdays. 5$ Long Island Ice Teas on Fridays.

I travel for work and have been to hundreds of places, this is by far the best place I’ve ever been. Food is absolutely wonderful but the service is what sets this place apart from others. My waitress/bartender was the best I’ve ever experienced

Food was delicious and very authentically Irish. Specifically, anything with corned beef is delicious.

Might make me sound old, but the music was way too loud: had a difficult time having a conversation. There was only one waitress for the entire restaurant which inadvertently meant no refills and lots of waiting for things like our check or to-go box.

Food is great, but get it to-go and eat somewhere more comfortable.

Stopped in tonight a little after 7. Placed an order of Celtic sticks and a burger and after about 40 minutes my wife, who’s stage 3 cancer ran to the bathroom and saw our food in the window. She stopped at the bar to ask if she could just grab it and was rudely told that it had just came up and if she’d sit down the waitress would bring it over. When she did we said something about the wait time where we were met with more aggression about how she’s the only barmaid and there’s only one cook.

Which is fine, I get it, but she was at the table next to us three times, once for food, once to ask if they needed more drinks, and a third time because she brought sour cream instead of tartar sauce for one of the gentlemen. At any point during those three trips to the table right beside us, she could’ve turned and said we’re busy and I’m alone. It’s gonna be X amount of time, anything, but she did not acknowledge us after bringing our drinks.
When this was pointed out to her, she literally grabbed the basket of Celtic sticks out of my wife’s hands and refused service. If my wife wouldn’t have tried grabbing them back, I would’ve called the police for an assault. Lady put hands on my wife

I get that it was busy and she was probably stressed because she was alone but you don’t treat customers that way

Never again
