So now for my revisit, the food is still delicious. Whatever it is on the menu you want, it’s worth ordering. I’ve had the meat and cheese plate. I’ve had the fruit plate, the lamb chops. They know how to cook lamb. The lamb chops delicious, tender, cooked perfectly. The dips so worth it. The bread is made fresh for dipping.
Highly recommend this place and what I love the most is probably the best Mediterranean. If not the best that I’ve had in the Atlanta area and I’ve been everywhere from Midtown, downtown and around Sandy springs, you name it, this is the best and their prices are worth it.
When we ordered ayran, the glasses served to me and the person sitting next to me were different sizes, which felt inconsistent and unprofessional.
At the beginning, I asked for a menu and was told to use the QR code. However, some items on the QR menu did not have prices. I then asked for a physical menu but was told again to use the QR code. When leaving, I noticed that there were many physical menus available. Not having clear prices doesn’t make sense, I don’t want to order without knowing the cost, and I don’t want to ask the price of every item.
The food was good, but I believe the service consistency and menu pricing should be improved to create a more professional experience.

I just want to add one suggestion… I have been coming here on and off for years but now we avoid sitting in the main dining area because the lighting is very bright and cold. Years ago it used to be warm and cozy. Please consider changing the lighting back to warmer, dimmer, incandescent bulbs. Atmosphere is such a big part of the dining experience!
We arrived right at 7pm and were greeted by the warmest hostess. She seated us immediately and even gave us a choice between the main dining area or a quiet nook near the hookah section. Dinner service was just starting, so it felt calm and welcoming.
Our server was absolutely amazing — attentive without hovering, and genuinely kind. And the FOOD… was an experience all on its own.
We ordered the Meza Platter, Bang Bang Shrimp (this is now an official obsession), the Ribeye Kebab — so tender and perfectly seasoned — and the Lamb Chop Platter. Every single dish was incredible, which is very abnormal for me because I’m picky. Then dessert arrived… the Kunafi with honey and ice cream. Unreal. Soft, crispy, warm, sweet — just perfection.
What really stood out beyond the food was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to be there. It makes such a difference.
Cafe Efendi is truly a gem. We loved everything, and it’s officially going on our date night rotation.
Didn’t get to take more pictures, the food was just too good.
