I am a long-standing, very regular customer (sometimes multiple times a week), and I wanted to say that the staff at store 38 are incredible, especially Manager Rene Miranda. He is always working extremely hard and runs the place like a well-oiled machine. Even when my order was mixed up, the manager apologized sincerely and offered a great solution. The store is always very clean, and the service is incredibly fast. I’ve also witnessed the manager, Rene, jump in to assist new employees, handling the situations with grace and efficiency! Ultimately, the customer service at this store is excellent. I always come back because the entire team, under great management, including Kiera, Arianna, and Rene, are always smiling, kind, and genuinely seem to care, making me feel like a valued guest, not just another order. Thank you to Store 38 for being such hardworking, dedicated team members who always make my experience enjoyable!

Sat in line for 20 minutes because their card system was down. Paid in cash though. However I got home and my order of whole spicy grinder that I waited 20 minutes in line for turned out to be a regular grinder.
Had to drive back to swap out my order.

Asked them to please not put raw onions on our sandwiches 5 times. I get home and we got a ton of small chopped up red onions all over both sides of our sandwiches.
French fries consisted of about 12 cold in a lump.
They weren’t even busy and this was Sunday.
This is the eegees that should have been shut down not the one at Tanque Verde.
Seriously, don’t go here or Be Prepared to inspect all your food

I am completely disappointed that you all charge now for the second ranch. If I order a large fries getting 2 should be normal…I could get charging for three or more, but these are small little containers. Being charged for the 2nd one, ..75cents too is nuts for something so small. This is it Eegees, last time I will be back. Lots of other better options than to waste money here. I was already down to just a couple times a year, now it will be none. If your employee wasn’t so nice I would have returned everything I ordered and just left. I give this newest of the new owner a year before it all goes bankrupt yet again. You all just don’t get customer service.

I always try to give this place the benefit of the doubt because it’s right next to house and I use to come here all the time and everything was good! I don’t know how many times I have to ask for my order for it to come out the correct way as if I didn’t say it 100 times or how many times I’ve had to go back to the drive thru it’s RIDICULOUS! they never get our order right they RUSH me so much to the point where ive had to drive off because i felt so rushed and uncomfortable I ask for a minute to look at the menu every 10 seconds there in a bad mood/tone asking if I’m ready yet… this place is turning so unprofessional the attitude they give is like it’s my fault for THEM MESSING UP FOOD IM PAYING FOR… this has happen one too many times and I will no longer be coming back to this location please do better or get a better staff it’s honestly embarrassing to even go there anymore. So I won’t.

ALWAYS check your change before you leave here, drive through, dine in. I gave them a 5 and they couldn’t make 1.97 change after FOUR attempts and I had to ask for my dollar. Despite it being written on my receipt… I nearly left too, trusting the cashier to make proper change but thank god I didn’t and it was just. So sad. We really put trust in the employees in charge of handling our money. I’d hate to see anyone else drive off without realizing. It’s a lack of trust and security in this company due this.

I drove through for lunch today. The employee at the drive through window confirmed my order to me but handed me the wrong order (he didn’t look in the bag). I opened it up to make sure and saw it was a warm/soggy turkey grinder and small fry. I gave it back and he brought the wrong order back to the kitchen. A minute later he handed me my correct order and I was on my way. I opened the bag in the parking lot and was presented with another warm/soggy grinder (but the right one this time) and it looks like they dumped the small fry in a large container and gave it back to me. I won’t be back to this location.
EDIT: I still wanted eegees after this so I threw this stuff away and drove up the street to the eegees at Magee and oracle. The second picture is the sandwich I received at that location just for reference.

25 minutes waiting in drive thru and only 2 cars ahead of me suppose to be hot was cold no pickles had pickles waste of my money and time couldn’t return to let them know as I was already late back to work

This is my favorite location when it comes to ordering Party 3 ft.Subs/Fun&PartyPaks The price is fair for party items and the food is on time! I guess I understand why they do not hand out knifes anymore, so just ask staff to cut the sandwich while ordering.
Love, love, love the food and staff is awesome and friendly. When I have ordered food at this location staff seem knowledgeable and cooperative, restaurant is clean and food is great quality. Thank you, yum!
