The slushie drinks here are dangerously good, icy, flavorful, and perfect for summer sipping. The rotating tap list features standout local beers and ciders from places like Urban Family Brewing and Obec Brewing, so there’s always something new to try. The bartender let us try a few cause 2 girls that aren’t huge beer drinkers are hard to please but we found 2 keepers!
They have theme Nights to keep it entertaining. Trivia nights bring out the brainy banter, and the cribbage club adds a quirky, nostalgic twist. There’s even a walking club if you want to earn your pint with a few steps first. Wish I lived in Edmonds cause I’d be down for a walking club.
Outdoor Games & Family-Friendly Vibes
Edway isn’t just for the 21+ crowd, it’s proudly kid-friendly, with outdoor games like cornhole that keep everyone entertained and ladder golf. The spacious patio makes it easy to relax while the little ones play, and the welcoming atmosphere means families feel right at home. Also dogs allowed so that’s my main reason for going too!
Plenty of space means you won’t be elbowing for a view, and the laid-back atmosphere makes it easy to settle in for a full match.
While Edway doesn’t serve food directly just some odd and ends like a pretzel I saw on the menu, they host a rotating cast of food trucks. Great find!
Katie, the owner is a very generous person who is allowing me to post up my branding and marketing here with QRs for my employment, businesses, and products.
She is so sweet, and is also allowing me to do Tarot & Oracle Readings here. Awesome beer. A local who I met at PCC and became friends with brought me here for their Ugly Christmas Sweater Party in July!
Blessed & grateful!
I got there right after it opened, so parking was easy. I noticed that there are far more seats inside (and on the patio) than there are parking spaces, so it might be a pain on a busy evening.
There is a clean, modern style bar on the left when you come in. Above that, a big sign shows so many beer, wine and cider options that the text was too small for my old eyes to read. Fortunately, the bartender was friendly and very knowledgeable. I talked about what I like and he offered me a couple of samples. I went with the pilsner. It was described as “hoppy” but I found it on the mild side. I tapped my card to pay $8 and a tip (it was happy hour), asked for the wifi password and found a spot in the back, near an outlet.
The website indicates that they are dog and family friendly. There were no dogs when I got there, but wild kids ran all over the place. There are cupboards in the back with toys and games to keep the little monsters occupied. Eventually, the toys were scattered everywhere but when they belonged. I like kids, but their running and screeching made it hard to work. When a woman with a dog came in and the dog jumped all over the furniture, I finished my beer and left.
If you want a place to let your kids run around while you enjoy an adult beverage, this is the place for you. Bring your dog and add to the fun. I’ll keep searching for a place to write.
Very happy to finally have this new spot open!
Dogs and kids welcome.
Multiple seating areas and all are set up for small groups to get together while still being able to enjoy bigger gatherings, too.
Multiple TVs. Inside and outside seating and recreational areas.
Staff was great and very helpful.
Food truck onsite at times. Snacks available to purchase along with single beers from the cooler.
Lots of dining options within a few blocks.
PS make sure you ask about finding the Gnome!
