In my humble opinion, the most incredible item to eat is a super fresh, perfectly crispy hard shell ground beef taco with a splash of salsa on it. The young ladies at Eduardo’s, (new to Newberg) made my dish perfect.
This is a new place, sandwiched between Subway and Just Pho You in the Springbrook complex. I know Newberg has a few Mexican restaurants, but honestly the more the merrier for me. If I know that one place has the best burritos, or best enchiladas, salsas etc etc…I will specifically go there to eat.
I tried 3 crispy tacos, ground beef, beef and chicken. All were amazing.
So, support local, I can’t believe that Taco Bell still gets that much business in Newberg when you can get three amazing taco, handmade, filled to the brim with ingredients with a friendly smile for less.

Food was really good. Everyone ordered something different. Burrito, rolled tacos, torta, enchilada all good. Red salsa is good. Green is very mild. Avocado is hot, habenero was super hot.

I ordered rice and beans. I didn’t see how the beans were handled. The rice was put into a plastic drink cup and microwaved. The plastic cup was somewhat melted and they moved the heated rice into a new plastic drink cup. Beware of rice and beans by themselves. I did not taste the items, I just threw them away.

Birria tacos were a big disappointment, they definitely mixed meats didn’t only have birria in them. The food was barley warm. The aguas frescas (horchata & piña water) tasted as if they’ve been in those containers for a good while had to throw them out. One of their salsas also had lotssss of bubbles meaning it’s gone bad. First and last time coming to this place.

We had lunch here at Eduardo’s, it was so bland I couldn’t believe it, no spice no nothing. I ordered loaded fries and a Jamaica drink. My dish was drowned in sour cream to hide dry chicken pieces, I asked for hot sauce which didn’t help much. My husband got a burrito which wasn’t quite as bad, still pretty meh. The tortilla fell apart and he had to use a fork. I would say it’s not a great place to eat
