The only reason I’m leaving two stars is because the young man was pleasant and professional. The food was trash. I ordered the lobster ravioli with shrimp. I got three shrimp and five cheese ravioli for $22. Never again!

Had a fun first experience with Eduardos, and even with some grace given that it is a Friday night, we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for a delivery 1 mile away. Lesson learned next time to just come pick up the order myself, but that wasn’t the main issue. Myself, my pregnant wife who made the order, my sister in law, and my mother in law who offered to and paid for the food, all had that nice long wait together and ended it off with cold food and the ‘boss’ on the other end of the line offering half a refund and hanging up before responding about when we should be expecting this.

We ordered, and after the hour theyd said our food would arrive there was nothing. We gave it a little bit more time and nothing, so my wife called and asked if the order had left. The kind man working the phone actually was the most helpful one we had the pleasure to interact with. He had said the person left a little bit ago (post 1 hour wait) and they should be there hopefully soon.

~45 minutes later we still were waiting with no arrival, and my wife called them again. Same helpful guy on the phone as far as I can tell, actually decided to get ahold of someone higher up to talk with us and I heard too he had said that we might be thinking about wanting a refund or the like over our food since its been a while with our food not having arrived. We get who he said was ‘the boss’ on the phone and were told once again that the driver should almost be there, and they said they just talked to the driver and got their eta. The worry was also brought up that the food would arrive cold, and we were told to call back if it was, and that was all, no guarantee that they would even do something. At that point too, we’d gotten hung up on before the conversation was finished.

Ironically not long after that, our delivery driver arrived at the house nextdoor but corrected and came to us, as well as apologized and offered up an explanation. Delivery vehicle was broken down and he got called in to do deliveries that usually he would not do. You would think they would say something in one of the several calls had about issues waiting for food that maybe it would take a bit longer.

Finally, having gotten our food, we opened everything up and as was the worry, it was all cold. Fries were cold, sandwich bread was soggy, calzone was lukewarm, so on and so forth. Calling back last, we got ‘the boss’ back on the phone again, and relayed the issue he told us to call back for, and he asked us what we wanted him to do about it. His only offer was 10 dollars credit for the place, and that was all. My wife pushed for a refund since most of our food arrived cold and 10 bucks wouldve just covered one item of the bunch we ordered. This man outright refused, and my wife still pushed for something, even just half a refund for the order. As soon as she said that, he agreed and said hed do half, but without sticking on the line we once again got hung up on.

We’ll have to see what goes on with that, Ill come back and update my review if we do recieve a refund or dont, but in any case cold food and a really cruddy system of communication, paired with a mean boss who genuinely I guess didn’t care to worry about us as much as one of their staff did, it was an interesting first experience with the place. I was told usually its not so bad, so maybe I’ll keep it in mind to try it again.

This restaurant truly surprised me—in the best way. I initially hesitated to dine here due to the extensive menu, but changed my mind after our friends visited the night before and couldn’t stop raving about the ossobuco. So, my wife, two friends, and I decided to give it a try for dinner. I ordered the shrimp Fra Diavolo pasta, while the others shared a pizza. The pasta exceeded my expectations. The marinara sauce had a smooth, fresh tomato flavor without any acidity or hint of canned taste. The shrimp were perfectly cooked—tender, not rubbery. It was an excellent dish, and I have to give credit to the chef. The restaurant has a cozy, intimate ambiance, and the warm, friendly hostess added to the welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely return when I’m in the area again.

I have nothing but good things to say about Eduardo’s. Family owned and operated business that is beyond welcoming. They offer the perfect fusion of Mexican and Italian food. Eduardo’s offers a great price for a good portion of food. One of my favorite spots to go to in town.

Horrible phone experience. Was hung up on numerous times. Get there and the cost is almost double the expected amount. When I asked about it, they said “they are trying to get it changed, but can’t” but on the call was told a different amount too. They wanted to charge $11 for a kids meal of pasta and meat sauce (which isn’t even what I ordered, I had ordered pasta and meatball and online is advertised as $7, which they wouldn’t honor) Total ripe off. This place has gone downhill. Definitely won’t be going back again

Had the chicken Francese stuffed shells and broccoli rabe in garlic and eco. I have to say the best!!!!!! Am definitely trying more and they deliver to me! Love it!

Update: this place is so accommodating I got grilled calamari instead of the fried and it was amazing!!!! As was everything else I ordered! I love this place

Here on vacation from Utah. We had a big order that we did over the phone and some of the order was incorrect. After talking to the manager (can’t remember her name) she was super helpful and got our order new order put in right away and gave us some bread and drinks while we waited. The customer service was awesome and the food was really good!

I ordered a plane slice of cheese pizza. Most disappointing slice of pizza I’ve ever had in my life. No sauce had to ask for extra. No taste. Sad.

Grew up coming here, and had to stop by when I was in the area. It’s been about 10 years since I had their food, and it hasn’t changed a bit. Great quality, huge variety, and the service is wonderful.
