I advise mobile ordering as I did that and it still took @ 22 minutes to fulfill (Tuesday at 1:00). The girls were working hard, it just takes a while I guess. Unfortunately they gave us a pint of green chile’s instead of the pint of pasta salad that we ordered. Sandwich flavor was very good and loved the bread.

Popped into Ed’s before heading back on the road! The shop is up the street on McCullough, and instead of going to a fast food chain we wanted to support the locals! When I entered there were only 1 customer and I so I got a little scared, if I chose the wrong place or what, but was immediately welcomed by the young man at the register. He was nice and helped take my order. Theres a seating area to the far left of the store with lots of seats. We got the foot long club sandwich, chips and a drink. I was sitting for a bit, and the owner offered me free food due to a cancelation. It was very nice of him to share the food with me and another customer. I was at the right place, at the right time! My club was delicious, the bread was so soft and the ingredients were so fresh (minus the bacon because it was soggy)! The meatball sub had a kick, but was hot from the oven and absolutely delicious! They threw in a free side of Mac and cheese which was good also. I’d definitely come back again if I’m ever in town! Happy Eats ✌️

Ed’s Deli is the original sub / hoagie / sandwich shop in LHC (since 1973). The subs are a home run every time and the service is even better. Ask about Ed’s Way or have it your way.

Not quite the Ed’s of old, the “big” buns and bed of lettuce are no longer available I guess because of cost! It was good but not great. We used to eat there once a week!

The food is good. However, I have ordered many different times, and the meat to bread is a little ridiculous. My husband gets a He Man, and yes, it’s a meaty sandwich, but when I order a turkey, there is 1, maybe 2 slices of turkey.

I would like to start off by saying I’m not posting this to be rude etc. I am just very disappointed.. This is the third time I have ordered Ed’s in the last couple months and either my sandwich was not great or they forgot my side of pepper spread (the best part.) Today my sandwich’s lettuce was totally brown and looked sad.. as a previous restaurant worker I would’ve never let this leave the counter. I have been an Ed’s deli fan for over 10 years since moving here and I sadly will not be able to continue ordering from here. It breaks my heart.

I’ve enjoyed this place and their sandwiches the first few times I tried it but they went 0/5 on sandwiches this time around. Ordered 5 sandwiches not one had the right toppings. They didn’t even get the cheeses right. Probably won’t be taking the gamble on this place again.
