It would’ve been 5 stars before today…
I’ve been coming here for years. Like most people, I never thought of leaving a review until my wife and I had a bad experience.
We arrived between 6:30 and 6:40 tonight. The lobby was packed. It’s a regular Wednesday, nothing special. We asked about the wait and was told. 20-25 minutes (LIES!) Also, the hostess told several people after we arrived it was a 20-25 min wait
We were seated 70 min later. It’s now 8:30 and the chef just walked out to our table.
There are only 3 chefs working and 4 tables still waiting. They are obviously short staffed, which isn’t the problem. They lied about the wait to keep people here. After over an hour you feel obligated to keep waiting.

THEY AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDE A 18% SERVICE CHARGE AND REQUEST AT TIP ON TOP OF THAT!
(They brought out multiple receipts for each person in our group making it very kerfuffled and sus. Some in our group ended up accidentally tipping 40%)
It was very loud and more group orientated, we went for a birthday and it was fun but getting service including drinks took a while because of the amount of people and flagging down a waiter was hectic on the Thursday dinner we went. We did have reservations in advance too. We had to yell just to speak to the person next to us. The floors were sticky and they played Fox News the entire time. The hibachi chef we got wasn’t the most energetic but it was still fun and the skill absolutely was there.
The hibachi dinners include a light soup broth that was very flavorful and a basic salad with a vinaigrette type of dressing. The main dinner food included half a dinner plate of rice, a quarter lo mein and a quarter vegetables and half the plate of chicken with two side sauce options. For the $21 per plate I feel like we got a good amount of food especially for it being made so fresh.

I visited this hibachi restaurant yesterday and unfortunately had a very concerning experience. The soup was extremely salty, and when I asked for a salad, the dressing was tangy and clumpy, which already made me question the food quality.
When the hibachi chef came out to cook, there was a foul smell coming from the meat. The odor immediately made me suspect the meat had gone bad. Shortly after eating, I became very sick and experienced severe diarrhea, which has now continued into day two.
Food safety is extremely important, and this experience was unacceptable. I will not be returning and will also be notifying the health department. I strongly encourage management to review their food storage and quality practices to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

Ding. Ding. Ding. Ding. Ding-a-ling,a-ding, a-ling-a! That is the joyful song I heard from the moment I stepped in through the doorframe. I immediately felt at home. If Ding-a-ling would describe my home, that would be a 10/10. We immediately got seated next to a LOVELY family whose baby was eating 5 yogurt pouches the whole time. (It was cotton candy flavored) It smelt like freshly popped popcorn and freshly cooked chicken. Once we got seated, we were offered a complimentary beverage of our choice (except that if you choose anything other than water, they charge you extra) and was treated like an absolute KING. Everyone was attentive and ready to listen, as if they had been preparing their lives for this EXACT moment. When Song (our master chef) had started the fire, I felt something uneasy in my stomach. I went to the bathroom and it looked…okay. There could have been some remodeling, especially the stalls. There was only two, and I heard a grunt from a person waiting on me. When I stepped out, the lady looked at me like I was a rock, she was upset that I took too long. Therefore they should have more stalls available. Anyway, we finished our food and both of my kids LOVED their shrimp. I mean, if you have ever seen our reviews, my kids LOVE shrimp, and this was one of their favorite. They described it as mouthwatering, crisp, squishy, warm, and luscious to the mouth, that goes down your esophagus REAL quick based on how amazing it truly was.
All in all, WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

Great restaurant, the food and energy did not disappoint. Our table was great, the service was great and the food was plentiful and yummy. I highly recommend this location for dinner or any occasion. Even the kids’ portion was large, which we took home. They even made side noodles for us to take home as requested. The price is the same as you would find at these types of restaurants, which is good when it all goes as well as our experience.

I’ve eaten here over 10 times. One of my favorite hibachi spots. Good food always fresh. They do apply an automatic tip if you have more than 6 people. But most restaurants nowadays do. I will continue to visit this location because of the quality and rate of the food.

I ended up really liking this place! They have a large menu, but I only got to try the sushi this time. I went a little out there and ordered some rolls along with some sashimi. I was expecting a few slices of fish on a plate, but they really go all out on their sashimi!! The salmon was a little large, but it was so tender, it melted in our mouths. There was a sauce on the spicy tuna that I couldn’t place, but it was absolutely delicious. The service is quick and friendly. I’ll definitely come back and try the hibachi side.

Food is Great, ordered online and not only did it tastes great so was the presentation. Very flavorful and Ramen was still nice and hot. I look forward to ordering more in the future. I had the Geisha roll, monkey brain, and the Ramen soup. They did not disappoint. I only wish I took photos to back my claim.
