I order Edo sukaki beef meals quite often. Today I ordered the family meal. All the plates had very small portions! Very little rice and barely any veggies. The adult meals were the size of the kids meals.
I called to complain and I was told that maybe the cabbage wilted down. What???? Everything wilted down then. Everything was scarce!
Very pitiful portions, half the amount that you normally get.
Other Edo stores are much more competent.
They did nothing about my call. Actually, he pretended to not understand me, so I just hung up. Horrible customer service!
So very disappointing when one experience can differ so much from a previous order being satisfactory.

Love everything about this location. Been a regular customer for 10 years now. I enjoy sitting and chatting with the staff. I’ll read my book and enjoy some sushi. Their teriyaki bowls are amazing and the bubble tea is a delight. I look forward to my meals from this location. 5 out of 5.

The staff at this Edo in Beaumont AB are the best and friendliest people I have had the pleasure to call myself a regular !!! They are always so happy and put pride into making you feel special and deserving of your lunch / diner. On top of that this particular franchise if you order extra beef, they do not give you extra beef. They skim out on all the vegetables they do not weigh out they give you less than half a scoop of beef even if you pay for extra they give you the regular amount at any other edo franchise
Anyone had bad experiences with edo? I dont know why this upset me to a point i was in tears. I broke my wrist earlier this week and did my groceries at sobeys (i dont have a car right now) so i lugged in all my groceries into the edo i didn’t have a big enough bag so if i put them on the floor all my groceries would all spill out i was carrying stuff under my arm and visibly struggling.
I ordered my food at edo to go and asked the worker if he could put it in a to go bag, he pointed at the bags and said they’re there. I walk forward tried to and couldn’t and asked if u could have a bag he mire loudly pointed and said yes they are there and i said could u help me put my order in a bag. He rolled his eyes slung my food into the bag and did the meme with both his hands laid out infront of him towards it like “see what that so hard” and said that was so hard rolled his eyes. I said “you’re really mean” he yelled excuse me? I told u bags right there ur lazy. I said “you can see im struggling to carry everything and if i put it down its falling out of the bags, u can visibly see my wrist is in a cast, and I had also ordered it to go.
I usually like edo ive never had a problem this male worker acted like i was an annoyace to even make him cook or take my order.

This has to be my favourite edo to go to, the customer service is amazing, the staff are always so friendly and make sure orders are done right and finished quickly! The food here is amazing, quality is always made a priority, all is made fresh and the sushi is especially made well at this location! Highly recommend checking them out!

Food safety disaster, multiple cross contamination issues. Usuing the same spatula for shelfish, chicken and beef. Also very slow service. First time at this location, I wont be going back.
