Way too much rice. Server was nice and good but this is a little too much. If there was a lot of rice and the sushi was thicker I would’ve given it maybe a 2-3 star. But the sushi itself is so thin some pieces you can see the rice through the sushi. Also I got a big ole mouth, when I put one of these bad boys in, it feels my whole mouth cause of the rice. I’m surprise by the high reviews. Respectfully need to try other places and you will know it’s not normal to have this much rice. I took half the rice off and it was still more rice than most places I’ve been to. They really need to decrease the amount of rice at least by half. My suggestion is by 1/3.

My first time here and the food hit exactly how it needed!! My server was Wen and he took the time to explain the menu options and recommended the Texas city Roll and Shaggy Dog Roll in the video. Miso soup was delicious and flavorful. Can’t wait to come back!

My family and I enjoy eating here. The lunch all you can eat is good but has a limited menu. The dinner all you can eat has a menu with better options if you ask me. No matter when we have come the food is good, fresh well prepared and well served. Between my family we have tried everything item on the menu. There are some things we don’t like due to personal preference but nothing due to quality.

Food was great as always. All you can eat never disappoints. The menu has a great variety. Their fish is fresh. Be sure to bring a jacket. It’s pretty chilly. Our waitress Thu was absolutely amazing! Very attentive and upbeat!

I came here for a treat to myself and to try out the all you can eat at Edo Japan ($21.99 dinner price). I did read the mixed reviews. It was my first time here. The atmosphere was good, clean, and welcoming. The service by the female server was friendly and patient while explaining the, all you can eat ordering process. Yes, if you do not finish what you ordered, it will cost you a take-home price. I enjoyed everything I ordered. Everything tasted great. If I ordered just the Hibachi plate, it would have been $16.99. I felt like all you can eat was the best choice. I had soup, edema, 8 sushi rows, tofu Hibachi plate, and egg roll. I enjoyed Edo Japan. I’ll very likely visit again.

I had read mixed reviews, but decided to give it a try. Place was delicious. I will definitely be going again. Place is small, clean. Our waitress was very nice, she was helpful in some items we were curious about. I had one long Island tea and it was so strong to my surprise. We ordered several rolls not included in the pictures, but forgot to take pics of those. The rock shrimp is definitely recommended.

Really bad food. The staff was nice; I think that they were understaffed or had new employees, so our orders took a while or forgotten a couple of times.
I was patient with the staff so I didn’t say any critique to them. However, the food, especially the sushi, were not good at all. The taste and texture of the rolls were mushy and not good mix of flavors. The two people I came with were not pleased as well.

✅ Price for all you can eat is ok ($21.99 dinner)
❌ No to any of the sushi including hand rolls (and we got 8 different rolls and nigiri too)

Such a hugeeee disappointment. I did not expect too much from the freshness of AYCe sushi, but at least some places before gave me good impression that they were not that bad. We went to Edo today, we paid for sashimi AYCE price, it was a little cheaper than other chains. Turned out, the freshness was awful 🙁
Some dishes were okay (ice-cream, appetizer); I ordered Hand-roll, I was served Maki. I dont know why hamachi and tuna were pretty stinky, hokkigai was terrible. I tried to be polite to let the waiter know, he couldnt speak English properly. Then I tried to let someone else know (a lady), the only way she handled this problem was “I will tell to the kitchen ok?”.
I came here with excitement and I went out with disappointment. I really hope my stomach is not upset tonight
I rarely rate any restaurant at 3 stars, let alone 2 stars. Today experience is the worst.
