In town just a few hours on business and was looking for a good Chinese for lunch. It’s not in the best neighborhood and doesn’t look like much from the outside, but don’t let that fool you.
For $20 I ordered the sesame chicken that comes with steamed rice. My partner ordered the Kung pow beef with steamed rice for the same price. When it came out, I was blown away by the flavor. A nice crispy exterior on both the beef and the chicken. The flavors really surprised us
When it came out, I was born by the Definitely a place to stop and have lunch or dinner.

I’ve been going here for a decent amount of time, i have had mishaps from the restraunt here and there, having chicken that was too hard and have to realize their is barley any meat in the salt and pepper chicken. They were hard as a rock in the order and the whole plate was inedible. I’ve had other problems such as watered down food, noodles, wonton, pot stickers and such. I’m tired of being nice and paying good money for sub-par quality food. I will be not coming back anymore, they are too lazy in quality and cannot be dining 2 tables without them rushing your order and making your food into rocks. It took me a whole plate to find 1 piece if chicken that actually had chicken in it, but it was hard as rubber. Save yourself the time and money, these people are scamming others in hopes they don’t notice the poor quality of the food that is being served.

Came to this restaurant and ordered $100 worth of food for my whole family’s take out. Came home to discover the most disgusting and spoiled food for everything I ordered which was fried wontons, shrimp fried rice, combo chow mein, sweet and sour pork, beef and broccoli, Mongolian beef and honey walnut shrimp. The beef from those two items was spoiled as if the meat had turned, the sweet and sour pork was a washed out red color and looked and tasted like it had been rinsed, the pineapple in the entree was also spoiled, honey walnut shrimp was like biting into a pancake that was still doughy inside. The only edible items were fried rice and chow mein. I returned the food the following day to have the lady screaming at me and telling me I was lying when clearly the food was still in the containers . My kids were at risk for all sorts of unhealthy and unsanitary risks. Clearly I paid good money for what could have given my kids food poisoning and received no concern. I was disrespected and yelled at while having to remind this owner not to put her hands on me while I exited the restaurant.
NOTICE ALL THE RETURNED CONTAINERS ON TABLE THAT’S MY RETURN!!!!!! SHE ALSO SCREAMED AT ME TO GO SMOKE POT AND THE FOOD WOULD TASTE BETTER
NO AMOUNT OF POT COULD HAVE TURNED DISGUSTING AND ROTTEN INTO DELICIOUS. OMG

Service was horrible. It took forever to bring the meal , Kung Pao Chicken, for a late lunch around 1:30. I could have used a tea refill, but she never came back. Lots of delivery business, but the diner was mostly empty. People should visit this place before they order. Sticky tables, and I found a small random shell in my fried rice. I stopped eating. I’m not coming back.

Good quality food. But pricey. Probably the priciest in the area when it comes to chinese food. Staff is very direct when speaking.

I’d recommend getting food to go. They seem to do a lot of delivery business. The place doesn’t have much atmosphere, it’s a family run business so staff is minimal for dine in. Food is always good.

Edna Ray is my new go-to for Chinese comfort food .
The Mongolf is tender with just the right kick and the shredded pork with garlic sauce ? Unreal . Bold , garlicky and totally Bom! No frills. Just fast service , reasonable prices, and seriously good food . The only issue that I have is parking space . It is tough to get parking .

We love this place but tonight it was a total disaster. Ordered at 5:41 and it was here at 6pm. It was NOT cooked fresh. It was definitely reheated and not that much either. I had my usual honey WALNUT shrimp and not a single walnut! and it was soggy like it was reheated from yesterday! And the pork fried rice was really dry. The pork was dried out and the rice was hard. The egg roll was soft and mushy like it had been sitting around since their lunchtime. My husband’s beef wasn’t very warm but tasted ok. For $74 I expected better. I’ve never had a bad meal until now. Sad.

Decent for a basic American Chinese lunch. Food was fresh, prices were cheap, parking a plenty.
Some notes:
They have a tiny parking lot behind the restaurant but a lot of people living in the apartments behind them use it so it’s always full even if the restaurant is empty. There’s plenty of street parking in the day. Some people are saying it’s not a great neighborhood to park in. It’s fine on the main street. Just be smart and hide valuables.
They have a lunch menu for during the week, and you get soup, salad, your main dish and choice of white rice or fried rice.
Staff are friendly and refill waters regularly. Or maybe I just went on a really slow day haha.
Overall if you’re in the mood for some broccoli beef or sweet and sour prawns or another American Chinese dish, they’re great prices for lunch. All under $10. Huge portions.
