At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

Customer service is commendable, with specific recognition for “Cara’s” excellent assistance.
The culinary offerings are well-received; however, while the barbecue biscuits were favored by some, others found them somewhat dry, though flavorful.
The pricing structure is considered reasonable, offering flexibility in payment.
A selection of approximately sixteen or more beer varieties is available.
Drinks – nice happy hour. Bonus that the well Bourbon is Evan Williams. Usually well Bourbon is dangerous. In the case of happy hour, Evan Williams is a pleasant zinger.
People were amazing, and attentive. Super kind and friendly. Atmosphere cool local and wide open. This place pulls 4.7 for sure, and could discuss a 4.8. Overall top 10 (maybe top 5) of all my travels over the last 8 years. Impressive Edley’s!
Now the other .3 for those curious. Que comes out lightly sauced if you don’t request sauce less. Ding. Pork had a few smoke ring indicators as photos show, brisket showed little to none. Ding (though I have yet to see that 3/8″ smoke ring in a Que restaurant (suggestions open!).
Sidenote. Make wet wipes available? Also, a good bill separate from a bar tab makes expenses tougher for us business travel. Maybe tech can allow you to offer an open food/bar inclusive tab option?
Well done Edley’s, will repeat as often as Im around Nashville!!
Buffy and Zach (I think that was his name) were awesome. I had never had potato salad that was any good from any retail establishment. Buffy bet me that I would like their potato salad. And I did!
The dinner platter was perfect, I couldn’t finish it! I purchased the Brisket plate, it was delicious. I ate more than I should have! Potato salad and baked beans on the side with a piece of corn bread. Great meal. I will definitely try the green beans on another trip tho. Price was great, a lot of food and the crew was stellar! I am definitely going to be a repeat customer!
