At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

Nice southern feel bbq place.Small menu with good offerings.Portions smallish for price point.Great bar service.
The burnt ends were tender and tasty.Wish they had a little glaze on them.Grits were creamy.The brisket sandwich with an egg was good but brisket was slightly dry and sandwich seemed lost on large plate by itself.
Parking is somewhat tough.Street parking but there us public parking but it is pricey

The food here is very tasty. We had the burnt ends, spicy pulled pork and Nashville sausage. Everything was amazing, but I was so impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the manager/owner here. He showed a lot of care for us enjoying our meal and I appreciated him stopping by to speak with us.

We shared the trio platter with Mac n cheese and coleslaw sides. Brisket was our favorite. The hot sauce labeled “hot” in the large plastic bottle was yummy.

Best bbq in Nashville so far. The cornbread has a little heat and is nice and dense. All the meats are delicious but the group overall favorite was the brisket and ribs. Personally, I love the chicken with Alabama sauce. The group said the hot chicken was hot but had fantastic flavor. The fried pickles were seasoned perfectly. The group was really quite because they loved the food. The group favorite by far was the banana pudding. It’s dangerously good.

This place is nice, it has a rustic TN atmosphere. The bbq is quite edible and seasoned as one would expect for Nashville bbq. The prices are decent but can add up fast. The portions of the sides are small but other than that good times.

This place came as a recommendation while visiting friends. It’s absolutely worth it. It was busy and you can understand why. The food is absolutely delicious. I got the Tri star platter with pulled pork, pulled chicken, brisket, cornbread, slaw, fries, and the banana pudding. All of the meats were top tier. Juicy, flavorful, tender. Everything you want from good BBQ. The standout was the banana pudding though. It was incredible! Highly recommend stopping by to get an amazing meal.

This is a do it yourself restaurant order in the front and put your # on the table and a server will bring your food if you want a beer go to the bar and get it you have to pay at the bar park in the rear of Edley’s not in the other lot don’t pay for parking they will validate your parking at the end of dinner other then that the bbq was really good exceptional fall of the bone ribs the sampler was great too you get to pick 3 items and 2 sides pulled chicken and pork were great, brisket was really good too

This is the best bbq of my LIFE! When I say every single thing was addictive. The brisket melts in your mouth like you barely have to chew it. The sausage was soooo good. The Mac and cheese is so velvety creamy. The collard greens are the best I’ve ever had. My goodness. Nice spice on them. Cornbread is like fried or something amazing. And the banana pudding…you’ll hurt yourself how good it is. Somebody grandma recipe for sure. Going back one more time before I leave.

Wonderful BBQ. The brisket was tender and favorful. The ribs are write home worthy! My wife had the half chicken plate and she is a picky eater, yet nothing was left. We will be going back when we visit Nashville again.

Delicious BBQ. The Mac & cheese was very creamy and the beans and banana pudding were equally good. Generous amount of meat on the sandwiches and tacos. Ample amount of inside and outside seating. Parking was a little tricky not being familiar with the area.
