We usually go to pharr, but this is closer and we were amazed at how the food was excellent just like pharr, maybe a little better. Food was exceptional, service was exceptional and the atmosphere is always divine with the message. Delish!!!!! And Josie was as awesome server.

First time here, from the moment we walked in the service was great. The hostess was very welcoming and attentive and had our server come to greet us. Our server was also very nice and got us anything extra that we needed. Food was delicious and fresh. New batches were being put out often. We left feeling full and satisfied, will definitely be back.

I had such a great experience at Edith’s! The manager, Maria, was amazing. She was on top of everything the whole time. I watched her help guests to their tables, stop by each table to check on everyone, and she even helped with checking us out. You can tell she truly cares about the customers and the restaurant. The food was also delicious! I’m so excited that we finally have an Edith’s again in Edinburg. Highly recommend!

Edith’s was advertising a 7.99 on buffet in January and the waitress told us today was the last day. After we ate we were charged 15.99 each because according to the manager it ended yesterday!
Why didn’t they say that before we ate? We were given the wrong information by their own staff.

I am very disappointed at Edith’s locations in Edinburg.. when we first walked in, no one was present to seat us. It took them approximately 5 mins to finally get us a table, mind you, the restaurant was not busy at the time. When the host walked out the back, we heard all the commotion. Staff in the back cursing, which is very sad given what Edith’s represents..
My husband and I were sitting there waiting for someone to attend us for our drinks. The server would walk past us as if we weren’t even there. They FINALLY acknowledged us and they still had the AUDACITY to ask the hostess if we were assigned a server yet. As I mentioned before, the restaurant was not busy and they were only 2 other families.
Anyways, I hope the Edinburg location trains their staff properly.. do better.

The trays hardly had food. I was not impressed at all for the money I paid for . I was never asked if I needed a refill at all . What Mexican restaurant doesn’t have pico de gallo. They only had one sauce. Never again stopping there.

I enjoyed the food but the only thing was they post on fb that all u can eat for $7.99 for breakfast but when u go to pay its really $15 dollars why do they lie for just to get u in there i told her i though it was $7.99 she said only in the morning and it was 10:40 am so wht was morning to her i just paid for but other in that the food was good really liked it haven’t tried the lunch yet
