What a fun, foodie experience! A unique menu, everything was delicious. It can be hard to find duck breast on a menu and their duck was cooked and presented perfectly. We had the restaurant nearly to ourselves and slowly worked our way through several courses. Would recommend checking it out for your next special occasion. Bring some friends who are foodies to really enjoy!

The dining experience was pretty mediocre. We started with the beef tartare and pork belly appetizer. The tartare tasted great but paired with the potato pave the flavor got lost. A traditional toast point would have been better. The pork belly was very underwhelming with only 2 small pieces of pork belly. For our entrées, we both got the New York strip. I ordered mine mid rare and my girlfriend ordered hers medium plus. When they came out, they were both cooked exactly the same at about, medium rare due to the steak already being sliced, she didn’t really want to send it back for a re-heat which would just dry it out. The steak was seasoned perfectly but it was disappointing to see the same potato pave recycled for the side for the steak. Our server Dylan was excellent. After mentioning the steak and not wanting to sent it back he offered a complimentary cocktail. All in all the dinner wasn’t terrible but the ambience and experience did not really match the price tag of this place. Probably will not return or recommend.

It’s Saturday night. I enjoyed dinner at this amazingly special place. I’m a vegetarian; I took my server, Brady’s suggestion and ordered the street corn agnolotti › summer corn, guajillo chile, epazote, followed up by their incredible Espresso Flancocho › chocolate cake, cajerta quemada de ancho, walnut obleas, honey espresso foam. I will definitely be coming back to have their other dish! I highly recommend the restaurant. ❤️ #solodate

Really enjoyed getting dinner here. We opted to sit outside as the weather was nice. Menu highlights included the pimento cheese croquettes and the shaved Brussels salad. Unfortunately the grilled octopus was over-charred, so we did not eat most of it, but I included a picture because it was beautifully presented. The hanger steak main was alright. The steak was a little cold by the time it arrived, but it packed big flavors. As a note, the crying tiger sauce is fish sauce based, and while it was tasty it brought a different dimension to the plate. The seared Florida grouper was beautifully cooked and was far superior to the steak plate. I found two bones in my fish, but other than that it was a perfect plate with balanced flavors. For dessert we opted for the butter cake with an extra side of blueberry ice-cream, and both were tasty as well. The final highlight was our server. Allegra offered great recommendations and assisted us on our culinary journey, including the suggestion to try the Devil’s Den, a wonderfully spiced tequila based cocktail. Over all it was a good dining experience. As other reviewers have mentioned, portions are a little small for the price, but since I was aware of that before choosing to go there I was not surprised. We spent around $300 total for 6 cocktails and 5 dishes. I look forward to returning again in the future.

We come here atleast once a month and it never disappoints. The food is absolutely amazing and the staff is great. We sat at the bar last night and had Cozi as our bartender. He was fantastic and made one the best Negroni and espresso martini we’ve ever had. Octopus and burrata appetizer are a must get and the Angnoletti pasta was to die for.

Great experience overall, the dishes here are great and Edison also has a great variety of wines, beer, and cocktails. I really enjoyed the Edison burger and the sage shortbread desert. They even had my favorite beer here – a grapefruit beer from Motorworks called Pulp Friction. My waiter was outstanding, I can tell from my experience that the staff here is dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience. I loved getting to watch the Final 4 game between Houston and Duke on the Edison’s nice sized TV’s at the bar area while enjoying my dinner. Definitely worth checking out!

We ate here for a business dinner (3 of us) and it was delicious. We did the tasting menu with wine pairings and the flavors and perfect wine pours were well worth it. Our server was excellent as well and the staging of the tastings was perfect, not too rapid but we also weren’t starving.

I would go here again and try it without the tasting menu just to try other things.

Parking is a little bit of a challenge.

At first glance you might think the menu is standard for a higher-end establishment, however the creative fusion of pairings and flavors made for an unforgettable dining experience.

The fried oyster appetizer had the most delightful texture accompanied with a sweet and spicy jelly. We also splurged for the bone marrow which laid on top of another delicious sauce we soaked up with the homemade bread pairing.

I am not one to order pork but I felt compelled to try the Iberico Presa entree as shown on the website. This was not just pork, this was the most mouth-watering and tender meat – next to the Lamb Chop entree my friend ordered. They both melted in our mouth. The portion of both the Lamb and Iberico Presa were generous compared to the Filet, despite the pork being 4oz.

For dessert we had the Butter Cake and the Chocolate Cake. I continued to be at a lost for words with each bite. The Butter Cake had a citrus twist with the creamy sorbet. The Chocolate Cake was incredibly dense and had a lovely equilibrium of chocolate flavors.

Edit: adding newest entrees tried – Grouper was so filling and dense! The Duck was also scrumptious. Also, pictured are the rib shareables!

Wonderful experience.
The atmosphere was wonderful and designed to enhance the overall experience.
The staff was kind and knowledgeable about their menu. They also know how to time their visits to your table correctly, striking the right balance between being available and not being overbearing.
The food was masterfully crafted to entertain you with a wonderful taste and hit the right spot. Wine selection wonderfully complemented the food and the bar has all of the liquors you could want.
Only come if you want a A+ experience!
