I’ve witnessed the employees of both of these stores treats DoorDash drivers and delivery drivers like dirt. I don’t think it’s appropriate. I don’t think it’s ok. And I don’t appreciate the customer service. They’re not better than I am. Just because I’m spending money in their store or ordering for somebody to come pick it up. And bring it to me, they’re not better than me.And they just, they shouldn’t be treating delivery drivers as though they’re better than delivery drivers

So glad this taco shop moved in!! I had the 5 street tacos al pastor which were delicious and well priced. Service was quick, especially considering it seemed like there was only one person in the kitchen. Be sure you get some salsas with your tacos though, the tacos could end up a little on the dry side without it.

Came through Grants Pass on our road trip and stopped here for lunch. Food is very well priced and tasty for the price. Customer service however is atrocious. We were handed the “Birria Bowl” in a literal tub full of birria and the guy immediately said “be careful, it’ll spill”. As we were traveling, we asked for an extra plastic container that wouldn’t spill. We were told that they can sell us a container because they can’t give an extra one. The utensils we were given were dirty like something spilled over them. Food is great but when your customer service is atrocious, it certainly ruins the whole experience. Would choose some other place instead next time, not worth the ruined mood.

The staff were friendly and the food was made quick. I went in on a Tuesday and had their special of 3 street tacos, rice and beans, with chips and a pico. I chose Carne Asada for the meat and it was definitely cooked well. I wish the green and red sauce was a little better so it would have been poured on top with how dry it was. But I’d eat there again to try something else.

I ordered my food at 6:19pm via door dash. My dasher had to wait 30 minutes for the order, then he left and received a call half of my order was missing. So my dasher had to turn around. And I did not get my for over an hour. Its 7:15pm and still do not have it.

Tried Ediberto’s grilled chicken super burrito. Had good flavor, filling, but I thought it’d be a little bigger @ $14… I’ll hit up some other menu items next time, worth the try.

This is their new second location in the old hero’s spot. They have really good food for the price..its flavorful and hot and doesn’t take very long…well seasoned meat ..rice and beans are on point…very reasonable prices.

On February 5th at approximately 8:30 pm I received my order from Ediburtos Taco Shop, that I had delivered by Door Dash because I was snowed in. I ordered the carnitas fajita plate, among other items, which costs a little over $20.00, alone. Looking at my order I noticed that they forgot to put my corn tortillas in the bag for my fajitas, and they sent only one of two Sidral Mundel sodas that I had ordered. I called Ediburtos Taco Shop and explained to the male that answered the phone my problem. He told me I had to go back into door dash, send them a message about what happens and I would get a replacement fajita plate for free. So that’s exactly what I did. Only to get a $4.73 refund and 50%0 off my next order through door dash. So I called Ediburtos Taco Shop, again, and explained this to the same male that answered the first time. He then tells me to get it replaced I have to bring what I have back into him. I’m snowed in. Or I could have another dasher bring me out my tortillas. I payed a mandatory $15.00 tip to have the Dasher bring me my incomplete order. This is horrible customer service. I will never suggest anyone I know to eat there and since when is the meat in fajitas shredded!!?? Horrible.

Second time trying after the first time took forevvver to get our food. Ordered supreme nachos extra cheese. They were cold. Only cheese was a small spinkle on top. None on the chips..an ungodly amount of sour cream hardly any any thing else but old tasting pastor. Was not even edible… My husband got birria tacos and they were extremely mediocre. Hardly any filling. We won’t be back.
