Used to live in Minot and my wife used to work at Edgewood Vista. I came back to spend a few vacation days and noticed the Edgewood Vista Fireside Bistro when I searched for breakfast places. I ordered the breakfast burrito without the meat and 2 eggs on the side. Excellent food! Excellent service! VERY reasonable prices for what you get. I’ll be back!

I didn’t know this place was open to the public! So happy I went in. Great little lunch spot. Quiet and simple. Soup and sandwiches with great desserts. Best little cakes in Minot. Courtney is the sweetest, she is so accommodating and cheery. Nice quiet little place to sit and have a very low cost lunch. 100% recommend. Coming from Chicago I had a hard time finding a good sandwich place and this is my new favorite little spot in town for a quiet lunch.
