Drinks and Service were exceptional! Very unique bar with a very cool vibe. Our bartender was super cool, very funny and a great story teller. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area. Make sure to get yourself a Vegas Love Potion!!

Great place new owner. No food yet service is amazing atmosphere. Very nice they expanded the entrance so has outdoor seating. The bar has been rearranged so it is now a longer larger bar and can accommodate many more people. The place has lots of potential and I foresee in filling and becoming a new place for everyone to hang out

A unique seat yourself anything kind of goes place. Delicious appetizers, drinks and entrees in a one of a kind cellar patio.
The Adult Lunchables was to much for a couple and the pizza was loaded with flavor and a half inch of cheese.

Love this place. Very quaint local dive. Pub style food but, pizza was amazing. There were lots of ale and cocktail options. And let’s be honest, anything Poe is amazing. Parking is tricky so, scope out options early

I wish I had come for trivia as I love to do those kinds of things. The vibe was also very much things I look for, goth and dark. But somehow it was still cheery here. Will be back when I’m in town again.

I love the Poe House restaurant in Henderson, NC. I was only staying one night and wanted to experience something local that expressed the culture of the town. I felt this was truly a hidden gem on the lower level and old historic type of building near Main St downtown that is decorated in Edgar Allen Poe themed decor. The downtown is so cute that it is worth taking the time to visit. The food is reasonably priced and gourmet plates were very good. We ordered the cheese plate, the meat plate, the Caprese salad and a beef sandwich, also with a suggested wine from the menu and a speciality alcohol free drink. We had good entertainment and service. I look forward to returning someday.

Great pub with outstanding service. I ordered a 4 cheese pizza and a mango habanero cider. Both were great and the pizza came out quickly. Read a previous review that stated to get a pizza elsewhere and bring it here, but don’t bother. Just order your food here! The two gentlemen working the front and back bars were kind and attentive. The only place I’ll come back to when in Hendersonville.
