You know Eder’s has been driven by several times and never stopped at, but after reading the reviews I thought “hey I just have to stop” and I’m upset with myself for never stopping. This won’t happen again when in the Williamsport area, their ice cream is excellent. They have to be doing something right for being in business since 1927 and it shows.
I’ve read how their portions for the price are above the norm and I happily found out this is correct. We got a small(2 scoops) which filled up a 6-7 inch cup and a medium(3 scoops)which overflowed the same cup and this cost $8.
Now if the the ice cream wasn’t that good that would be different, but it was very good. They have plenty of flavors and you’re certain to find one or more to your liking. It’s really great to see a long time business succeed and Eder’s sure do seem to be doing just fine. Great ice cream and service to boot and I think I see myself stopping again many times. Two thumbs up for sure!!

Great ice cream! Take a trip back in time to this family owned ice cream parlor with hand dipped ice cream with lots of of great flavors. Take your appetite though a single scoop is huge

Been going here since I was a boy. I’m 62 now. Have seen 4 generations of the family run this shop. Never have been disappointed. Absolutely the best Ice Cream served by some hard working, courteous high school kids. Serving sizes are huge and delicious with a menu that’s always adding new flavors. I recommend the Light Chocolate!

My love ordered a medium in a cone.. lol he was shocked, but then a little disappointed as he couldn’t really eat it well, it was a lot!!! If you can eat a lot of ice cream, this is most definitely the place for you! We got lids and took mose of ours home, but overall, loved it! Was super delicious!!

Excellent homemade ice cream with several regular flavours of their own creation (melt away is one). They also have varied seasonal flavors that are delightful. Their sizes are generous and inexpensive. I love their kandy kane, which is limited to a couple of weeks before Christmas. They also have a fantastic ginger molasses ice cream in the fall. Their teaberry is pretty standard and occasionally, I can actually get real butterscotch ice cream. They’re well worth the trip!
