Most stand up, organized, prioritized, affordable, clean spot ever! Man I have never been so impressed! The staff had uniforms, hairnets, gloves and there manners on! My plate the 956 4×4 was about as great as it could get, portion wise, quality wise and very quick wise! It was my first time and it set an impression for a lifetime. I will be spreading the word.

A good sized parking lot with a good store location starts things off. They have a great and varied menu, and a number of dishes give you a choice of components. I’m realty starting to like Spanish breakfast foods!! The service was good, there was no trouble getting a seat, and the food was delicious!

The service was very friendly and the food was outstanding! We didn’t have any pictures to post because we ate it all but it was absolutely wonderful! It was my husband’s birthday and some musicians walked in and sang las mananitas. We had an amazing experience at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place, check it out if you have a chance!

Very good tacos I ordered two. I should have just ordered one because just one filled me up. They have a large selection of Mexican food and the prices are very reasonable. The picture on the left is the potato and egg. The picture on the right is chorizo egg and beans.

I created my own plate for $9+ and asked to add salsa over the eggs to make them Huevos Rancheros.
The eggs were perfectly cooked over medium, the salsa for the eggs was okay it needed salt, I would have liked a more Ranchero style of Salsa, the refried beans were amazing I think they add lard to them, the potatoes were warm and okay, the chicharrón prensado rojo was fantastic so flavorful it was real chicharrón prensado not the cheap pork rinds most restaurants offer and the portion was very generous.
The flour tortillas are just okay.
Overall I have to say I would definitely recommend the breakfast here, it is very delicious, I would like for the menu to include prices.

The food was great. I had the 956 special, I unfortunately didn’t take any pics. It looked SO good, I said my prayer quickly and went ate the plate in a manner that had my wife and mother-in-law staring with envy. I noticed they sold homemade chicharones. They looked really good. I bought 2lbs. Boy o Boy, they are delicious! I put them in ziplock bags and in the fridge, but we are them all in 2 days, cos they we so good. I’ll be getting more very soon. This Eddie’s will be visited again in the near future by me. Compliments to the staff.

Went during lunch hours, it was busy, and a lot of people having lunch. We got the lunch plate, menudo, and tacos. The food was ok. We felt rushed to order – our first time there. Also, It seems very noisy, like the sound of the kitchen and customers talking, just bounces off the wall. The place is big inside, and clean, and the food came on time.
