Ordered a party tray pizza tonight and it was delivered like this. Very thin so you know they used old dough and very skimpy on the cheese. They used to be good we used to order from them all the time. We had a 60 dollar order tonight and they refused to do anything to make this right without us taking the pizza to them. Keep in mind it was delivered for a reason. Be careful when ordering from here.

First time customer. I called in an order for 2 large, poppers and 2 cannoli. I was told 15 minutes.
I arrive, no one behind the counter, no one in the lobby. Dude comes out and calls back the wrong order to me so I retell him the order. Tells me it should be right up.
15 minutes and 2 other customers walk in and out with their orders. The kid asks me if I want garlic butter and that my pizzas are coming out now. Meanwhile… The entire time I’ve been here two pizzas are sitting on the warming rack behind the counter…
10 more minutes and another guy comes out, grabs the 2 from the warming rack and gives them to me. This is now 25 full minutes after the 15 min. Why was this other kid lying about my pizzas that were right there?
I’m handed two Luke warm, thin, sad looking pies and the most offensive jalapeno poppers I’ve ever seen. Photo included. Total for the order was nearly $60 and this is probably the worst service and pizza I’ve had in WHILE.
Never again.

It clearly states all pizzas at regular menu price. ALL pizzas are 50% off. I’ve gotten a small specialty pizza for half price, just a couple months ago. ♀️
I ordered a large cheese and two items. The guy behind the counter said this only applies for cheese and one item. I got charged an extra three dollars for my 1 item. He gave me a story that it’s been this way for 30 years. I’ve ordered off 50% pizza day and it has not been this way.
I also got told other pricing went up 10% and yet he’s giving me the same exact flyer I walked in with. Not good!! False advertising in my books.
Bonus was I really wanted their pizza and ribs. And they were totally out of ribs today. Last week the oven broke down.
My husband was happy that the pizza is actually better in the last year. But now, not so sure we’ll be back.

Ordered two large pizzas, one with ground beef and onion, the other with pepperoni and bacon. The toppings were wrong on both pizzas and they were very small. I ordered and paid for two large pizzas just for them to be made wrong and small in size. I used to love Eddie’s but ever since it’s been under new ownership, the quality is terrible. The dough is flat and hard, the slices are half the size they used to be. I’m overall super disappointed.

We have eaten Eddie’s pizza before with no problems, but today, our pizza was not good at all.
We asked for extra cheese, and it did not appear that extra cheese was added.
The crust was extremely flimsy and rubbery, and difficult to chew.
The dipping sauce for the bread sticks was extremely watery, more like tomato juice than marinara sauce.
We did call up there, and they offered to make us a new one, but we really did not want to have to make an extra drive.
Very disappointing food for $18. Hopefully it will be better next time.
In hindsight, we wish we would have opened the box and looked at it before we got it home. We would not have purchased it.

Thought id try a local pizza place yesterday because they have a 1/2 off pizza wednesday. I go on their website and purchase 2 small pizzas priced for 7 and 6 dollars totalling 15. I paid on my phone with my card. I get a phone call a few moments later from them telling my my total is actually going to be 25 dollars and I needed to bring it with me to get my pizza. Saying their online was messed up ect. But their website has been the same for months ive been checking the menu. Im not sure how my pizzas were half off if I had to pay 25 dollars for 2 small pizzas with 6 slices a piece so my total would have been even more?! Never going back it was very confusing. And I think if its a mess up on their end amd being a first time customer I shouldn’t have to pay twice. I did not get a receipt and he just set the money on the counter with a bunch other money

We ordered a special veggie pizza but they put some ham on it which we haven’t see and ate couple of slice. Then guess what makes us sick coz we don’t eat pig it is forbidden for us.
