The Elegance this restaurant has. The Atmosphere is Amazing with a Live Band Playing Jazz. When we arrived to our table it was decorated nicely with Happy Birthday confetti and a Birthday Card and roses. The hostess Lexi is Top Tier. We started off with:
Drinks: a Bourbon and a Spicy Rita-de-sol Mocktail
Appetizers: Lobster Bisque Soup & Ceasar salad
Main Course: Sea bass, Crab stuffed shrimp and Shrimp fried rice. The food is Mouth Watering. What a Great Experience. The waitress Lexi Gave me her business Card she said she would love to serve us again. Outstanding

I had the pleasure of visiting this place for the first time, and thank goodness we made reservations because it was a busy Saturday afternoon.

We started with the jumbo lump crab cake and raw oysters. The crab cake was delightful—nice and loose, packed with fresh lump crab meat, with a perfectly toasted top that added great texture. The oysters were so excellent that we ended up ordering more, this time trying the Oysters Rockefeller, which did not disappoint.

For my main entrée, I had the scallops. Since the sides are shareable, we ordered the Brussels sprouts, cheesy potatoes, and crab fried rice. Everything was delicious and complemented our meals perfectly.

My guest ordered the 10 oz steak. I’m not sure if that was the weight before or after cooking, but for the price, it could have been slightly bigger.

The service was excellent throughout the evening, attentive without being overbearing. We ended our night with the banana foster butter cake, which was absolutely delicious and the perfect sweet finish to a wonderful dining experience.

Overall, a great first visit, and I would definitely return!

Eddie V’s never disappoints. I’ve been here a few times and always grab a seat at the bar—it’s hands down my favorite spot. This visit was especially great thanks to our bartender/server, Thomas. He was quick, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, which really elevated the experience.

The food, as always, was excellent. We started with the Wagyu dumplings, which were packed with flavor, and the crispy rice with tuna. While the rice wasn’t quite as crispy as expected, the flavors were still on point. The true star of the night was the bone-in ribeye—absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly medium rare. We also had the mac & cheese, which was creamy, cheesy, and topped with the perfect crunch.

To top it all off, they make a fantastic martini, especially with their blue cheese olives. Consistently great food, strong cocktails, and top-notch service keep me coming back. Highly recommend.

First time at Eddie’s and we truly enjoyed our experience. We sat at the bar, restaurant was fully booked. We had the scallops and the Parmesan sole. They were absolutely amazing. I don’t usually order Crème brûlée because I’m quite picky. It was delicious and authentic.

We had dinner reservations for 9:30pm, got chech in at 9:34 after standing in the line for about 10mins. We didn’t get seated until 10:45pm. Once we got seated it took another 10 minutes for water. We finally got our order placed , after 30 mins the Manger come to the table, say they are out of brussel sprouts add mashed potatoes. We got our food at 11:42. The food was delicious and they did have Brussel sprouts. We also did not receive the complimentary champagne that they was giving everybody else and then the parking pass that was supposed to cover up to 3 hours was not covered.

Hands down, one of the most exceptional dining experiences I have ever had. The level of service at Eddie V’s Charlotte was truly outstanding. Our server, Anna S., was phenomenal! She was attentive, personable, and impeccably professional. Every staff member we encountered contributed to an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were treated with warmth and care. The food was exquisite, both in presentation and flavor, and the cocktails were as beautiful as they were delicious. An unforgettable experience! We will absolutely be returning.

If you haven’t experienced the “Golden Hour” at Eddie V’s yet, stop what you are doing and get there immediately. Seriously–run, don’t walk!
This has officially become my absolute go-to sanctuary after a long, grueling day at work. The second you step inside, the atmosphere just melts the stress away. The service is consistently top-tier; they don’t just serve you, they take care of you.

Why You Need to Go:
* The Crab Fried Rice: This is the undisputed MVP of the menu. It is legendary, decadent, and worth every single bite.
* Happy Hour: They have a fantastic happy hour during the week, but the real game-changer? They offer it on Saturdays too! It’s the perfect way to kick off the weekend without breaking the bank.
* The Live Band: If you’re lucky enough to snag a spot in the bar area when the live band is playing, you’re in for a treat. The music is soulful, the drinks are cold, and the energy is unmatched.

Whether you’re looking for a sophisticated cocktail or the best seafood in town, Eddie V’s delivers every single time.

Im not big on seafood houses as im allergic to shellfish. I was able to get the salmon. Very pricey $42 everything is ala cart so I spent 90 on just the salmon two half sides and an adult drink. My 1st entree was super salty they did have to remake it and then the 2nd one came out over cooked. I dont send it back because once is a chance I dont normally like to take… IYKYK lol Brussels sprouts was very good so was my drink. Everything else, we tried was ok. It was 7 of us so we all sampled each other’s meals.
