I don’t even know where to start, this restaurant did not disappoint in any way at all!! 10000/10 From the delightful customer service to the amazing food and let me not forget the live band that plays from 6-9. We came for my moms birthday and they were so attentive, especially for people coming to a seafood restaurant with seafood allergies, everything was handled so well. They even decorated the table for her birthday and had a card waiting for her! We had n array of menu items and each one was AMAZING. lollipop lamb chops were a hit!! Wagyu Dumplings?! 100/10 and the dessert… y’all just come on down and get you some Eddie Vs. I will be back for sure! Special thanks to our server Fionna she truly took care of us!! And special thanks to the host or manager that put our surprise song request in to the band! Truly an amazing experience for celebrating my moms birthday

Title: Betsy ruined our Valentine’s Day. Absolutely disgraceful service.

I was so excited to take my partner to Eddie V’s for Valentine’s Day, expecting a romantic and high-end experience. Unfortunately, our server Betsey turned our special evening into a complete disaster.
From the moment we sat down, Betsey was incredibly disorganized and seemed totally checked out. She never asked us what type of water we wanted (which is standard for a restaurant of this caliber) and just rushed through every interaction. We constantly had to flag her down for simple things like dessert and cappuccino. She billed us without asking for dessert choice
It was clear she had no idea what was going on. Orders felt chaotic, the timing was off, and there was absolutely zero warmth or “hospitality.” For a night that is supposed to be about love and celebration, we felt completely ignored and unwanted. It’s shocking that Eddie V’s would let service this poor ruin such a busy and important night.
If you want to enjoy a special occasion, I highly suggest requesting a different server or going somewhere else entirely. Betsey has no business working in the service industry. Completely unacceptable.

Second time in this restaurant and this time all dishes made great impression. The Ahi Tuna Tartare was fresh with good mix of flavors. The Chilian Sea Bas was cooked to perfection with delughtfull juices melting in your mouth with every bite. The sauce that came with it was also good, I just wish it was a touch less salty. My party had the Filet Mignon special and said it was great. Creme Brulee was very good. Our server Kim S was fantastic.

Our waiter was Thomas. Service was amazing. I love that they bring roses to all the women. Portion was large. Crab cake was delicious and the 24 karat cocktail was very tasty. They gave my friend a birthday card and decorated our table.Overall was great experience

Eddie V’s is on point! From the moment you walk in, it’s gorgeous! For dinner, it’s a quiet, darker ambience. Our server Caroline was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The menu is very impressive with a lot of options to choose from. I started with a bloody mary which was just the right amount of spice and delicious. For appetizers we had the fresh tuna on rice cakes, crab cake, goat cheese salad and the lobster bisque. All were creatively plated and delectable. For dinner I had the Chilean sea bass. It was served Hong Kong style which was a creative twist that was very flavorable. For dessert we had the Meyer lemon tart and the berries and cream. Both were the perfect way to end the meal. I will be back to try the other tempting dishes. I wish I had taken more photos of the food, but it was so good I wanted to enjoy my meal as soon as it was served! I highly suggest you try dining here, you will not be disappointed!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Eddie V’s Prime Seafood! I made a reservation and noted that it was my birthday, and from the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly celebrated. They greeted me with a glass of champagne and seated me at a beautifully decorated table complete with confetti and a birthday card, even though I was dining solo.
The service was warm and attentive without being overbearing, and the food was exceptional. The lobster tacos were out of this world, definitely a must-try. To top it all off, they surprised me with a complimentary dessert that was just as delicious as everything else.
I left feeling appreciated, full, and genuinely happy. 10 out of 10 recommend this restaurant for any special occasion or just to treat yourself. Eddie V’s knows how to make you feel special!

Great food here, the Norwegian salmon was tasty (if you don’t like sweet sauces you might not like the glaze though), the mashed potato and crab fried rice were also good. Our server Camila was kind and very attentive. Thanks for all the extra touches for the birthday celebrant, it was much appreciated! If you want a special dinner, this is the place to go.

Beautiful Atmosphere live music is played throughout the duration of your visit. The servers are very attentive and knowledgeable about the food and alcohol. I had dessert only due to me being dragged out my house lol! But it was delicious . It’s a bit pricey but worth it; I will return to have a full meal experience.

Eddie V is the cool, new kid in town. Just when you think that a restaurant in a mall cannot be very good, along comes Mr. V to shatter that myth.
We have dined at Eddie V’s three times and they have hit a home run each and every time. The menu is large, varied and creative. Our favorites are the Mustard Glazed Salmon and the Lemon Sole (photo). Our go-to side is the Crab Fried Rice (photo). I have had crab and I have had fried rice, but never together in one dish — Wow!
We began with the classic Wedge Salad. It is very large; so we asked to split it. The kitchen, not only split it, but chopped the lettuce and sprinkled the bacon on top of each salad plate. That’s first-class service.
And speaking of service, we love Allison and always ask to be seated at one of her tables. She is a real “pro” who not only does her job well, but comes with a friendly and helpful personality.
AND: Eddie provides valet parking service. So, when the wind chill was below zero last night, it was great to have it. Another reason to love this place.
