Stopped here for lunch after driving to Canandaigua from Springfield MA. The staff was attentive, the food good, and the atmosphere comfortable. There were plenty of options to choose from. TVs all over with sports on.

After having lunch with my two friends on Sunday, my one friend forgot to grab the to go container of pountine that he had purchased for his pregnant wife at home. Upon getting into the car, we realized that he had not brought it with him from the table. My friend went back inside and explained the situation to our waitress, and she questioned the bus boys who both denied throwing it in the trash upon cleaning the table. He asked the waitress if she could just have the kitchen wrap up an order of fries to take home to his pregnant wife, but along came another waitress, (assuming acting manager, as we were later told that the front end manager for all Restaurant locations was on vacation in Punta Cana) and declined that request and instead told my friend that he would have to purchase a whole new order of fries.
I have worked in restaurants and know how many baskets of fries are slid to waitresses for snacks on the sly. My friend was not trying to get free food, but simply trying to remedy the mistake that he made by forgetting the poutine order that he left on the table as we departed. He is an excited and doting father to be, and loving husband who only wanted to satisfy his pregnant wife’s cravings. I took my friend to Wendy’s down the road and bought an order of fries for his wife, so that she could satisfy a craving. I later called the restaurant and spoke to Alexa who summarily dismissed my complaint and laughed saying that the manager would be back tomorrow and that she wouldn’t have to deal with it, because she wouldn’t be working.
I then called another Eddie O’Briens Grille and Bar location to find that they only have the one front of house manager for all their location; the one on vacation in Punta Cana.The waitress at this other location notated my complaint and took my name and number, indicating that she would be passing this on to Rose, who is the owner’s wife. I was told that Rose would contact me, but that has not happened.
This could have been such a simple fix for a simple problem and would have created loyal, return customers, but instead, it has engendered disappointment, incredulity and bad reviews on our part. Considering the number of friends that we have, the words of warning will spread far and wide to potential Diners.

Loud but the room is huge too lol, good burger, fries are yummy, the first time I visited i waited 25 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, went back because a friend had alot of faith in them, now I enjoy the food had a good drink and enjoyed a nice day on the town

What a sad excuse for a wait staff. Came into the restaurant and was sitting there with only one other table with people at it and three or four girls standing around. It took about 8 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that we had entered the premises. When we finally got a menu and water she was gone for another 12 minutes. I had the steakhouse salad and apparently they must be out of cucumbers. Sad to say but it was a real let down compared to past visits..

Burgers were good but could of been Seasoned more. I think Medium is the best maybe but depends on you. Mash Potatoes were very creamy Mashed very well making it look like instant mash almost but it wasn’t. The Service was very friendly and nice I would definitely get the French Fries if I go back.

The fried pickles were the best part of the meal. They were large, the breading and dip were both flavorful. The Cuban was good. Flavors were a little bland, but the bread was delicious. The Korean tacos were not good. Extremely hard to eat without creating a mess and too spicy to enjoy any of the flavors.

Came here to watch a Yankees game and loved the vibe. The bartender was friendly and made nice stiff drinks. I sat at the bar and watch the game with fellow patrons who felt like family after it was all over. Great atmosphere and great time, the price is right, and I heard their food is pretty good too.

David was the best server. Great personality and wonderful service. Food was great for our entire party of seven. Didn’t get photos of the food but it was great. Would highly recommend. He even brought me out a piece of cake for my birthday.

Exactly what we needed on Sunday night when Canandaigua closes early! I had the Jack Daniel’s burger. Fabulous. No need for ketchup. FYI-get the onion rings too.

I got the pulled pork with a side of poutine. The pulled pork was cooked well. The sauce was good, nothing special. The poutine was pretty good for being south of the border. I was not a fan of the Cole slaw. The staff was friendly, but seemed way over worked. She barely had time to check on us. The table was a little sticky over the whole top. They could use a refinishing. The place is definitely showing age. It is relatively clean, but could really use some upkeep.
