The worst experience! I placed an order, when I got home in Virginia part of the order was missing. I immediately called the carry out to inform them what happened and I would like to speak with a manager. I was told a manager would call me back right away. 1 hour went pass no call! I called again was told the same thing, waited .. no call! Called again! Now this is 3 times total, with no resolution! Called in this morning spoke with “ Jennifer “ she was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! I explained to her I called 3 times yesterday and the manager never called me, she said you can come in a get it! I told her that I reside in Virginia, “ I know you don’t think we will deliver to Virginia, of course NOT! Little Miss UNPROFESSIONAL “JENNIFER” she states I’m not going to argue with you “ I just clocked in girl and your mind is bad because you said you called 3 times. By this time I’m she was like come and get your sandwich then! In a screaming voice! BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! Send me a check I don’t care it’s only $32.00 it’s the damn principal!! Get it together Eddies!

The worst experience! I placed an order, when I got home in Virginia part of the order was missing. I immediately called the carry out to inform them what happened and I would like to speak with a manager. I was told a manager would call me back right away. 1 hour went pass no call! The food was absolutely amazing! I think the prices were fair, we got the Philly cheesesteak which I was a little skeptical about being from a Chinese restaurant, but it is one of the best I’ve ever had! The mambo wings are absolutely amazing, we also got sweet-and-sour chicken and general tsp‘s chicken and the shrimp fried rice, all of it was amazing!

11/2/24 I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and when I got it, the meat was not real chicken. I did not eat it, but I can tell that the texture was different than chicken breast. They gave me my money back but beware they are not serving real chicken for the chicken cheesesteak.
